good vacations start with good accomodation. and we felt right at home !

Lovely Villa, classy interior with great kitchen/living area. Pool was great but we were there at end of season (end of Oct) for using pool so was a little cold as we expected. Garden was very cute and had a great herb garden. Local town was great with good local amenities. All in, fantastic villa in good location to explore the NE and E of Sardinia.

We had a lovely stay. I am sorry we only stayed 2 nights. The house has everything you need for a vacation. The surrounding is beautiful and the hosts are very nice. We would definitely come again and recommend the place to everyone! Just be careful - the location marked on the map is somewhere else - close to Orgosole, but the house is actually just a short drive from Orosei.

Lovely accommodation in cozy village that is a perfect base for excursions in the area. Cozy balcony from the master bedroom overlooking the green area. Many good rooms in the apartment and very well functioning cooling system. The area is amazingly beautiful with nice hiking trails and a wonderful nature. We highly recommend renting a boat and exploring the nature area north. To the south there are many nice beaches. Walking distance to beach, restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy, etc.

This little bungalow was perfectly located by the beach where we spent the majority of our time. Cozy and comfortable. Highly recommend.

We had a really pleasant stay! The house is very pretty and functional, it is great for holidays! We also really appreciated the hospitality of the hosts, very kind, responsive. The best welcome we have had, with the added bonus of small touches that make you very happy! Delighted with this stay 👌

We felt very comfortable and had a lovely time. The nearest beach is within walking distance and also seems to be a very good option when it is windier. It is protected by a reef, so the sea usually remains quite calm. The balcony has electric blinds that can be lowered to protect against winds, which was great during our stay in September, as it could get very cool with the wind. But that was no problem with the blinds. The contact with the hosts was great and you also got an answer quite quickly.

We had a wonderful vacation at Stefania's house. It was a good base for reaching many beautiful hiking trails. In a short time, you are on beautiful beaches and it is also close to the next towns. A market with sufficient supply and fresh rolls is within walking distance. All windows have mosquito repellent, so you can sleep at night with the window open. The house has everything necessary (and a little more). Stefania was very active and gave us good recommendations. Communication always worked out great and Stefania made us feel welcome and that everything is good in every situation. We thank you from the heart for the hospitality.

It was a nice stay, nice apartment. We had a very nice breakfast in the morning.

Felt like we were part of a real village instead of a tourist resort. Alessandro was very helpful coordinating a boat trip of the beautiful coastline and recommending places to eat during the off season. The view from the second floor was calming and beautiful!

We had a very nice stay in Baunei and having a private garage was very convenient in the small town! It was very easy to communicate with Lidia and she was very helpful if required. Finding the apartment and checking in was made so easy thanks to her! :) Since the apartment is located so close to the city center you can just leave the house by foot if you are looking to get some food or explore the old streets. Definitely a recommendation staying here! :)

Very nice apartment, beautifully decorated with lots of details. The kitchen was equipped with some basics (salt, pepper, oil etc.) which was very convenient. Marina is a very friendly and proactive host. We enjoyed our stay very much!

The apartment was great, very spacious and with everything we needed. Cinzia was a great host, helpful, proactive, and very nice. She wasn’t around when we arrived, but the check in instruction were very clear, and her mother, who lives nearby, welcomed us. Check out is simply and with very reasonable expectations, unlike other places I’ve been too. It’s a perfect place to explore the area around Gonone and Dorgali, which is gorgeous even in winter!

Highly recommend this apartment! The owner was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful – thank you so much! The location couldn't be better, being central with a supermarket, cafes, and restaurants just a 5-minute walk away, and the beach only 10 minutes away. The beach is fantastic and perfect for families with children. The town itself has a lovely, peaceful atmosphere with beautiful view on the mountains. We are so grateful to our host for providing everything we could possibly need. The apartment was fully equipped for cooking, laundry, and even had all the necessary cleaning supplies. We were impressed with the amount of storage space available in the wardrobes for our clothes and belongings, and there were even extra towels provided. A real highlight for us was the enclosed open terrace. This was a huge bonus as it allowed our 1-year and 10-month-old to play safely outside without us having to worry. This made our family vacation so much easier and more enjoyable.

Typical Italian cottage from the past with authentic elements and cool courtyard. Perfect base to discover the region, especially if you like the mountains.

Great little stop on our journey around Sardinia. My wife and I both loved the very tasteful decor and the facilities available were high quality and easy to use. Probably the most comfortable bed we slept in - and that's up against 5-star hotels! Arbatax has a lot to offer too with boat tours and plenty of other activities to do and some great restaurants for the foodies out there. I loved the little bay next to the gate with the lighthouse on the hill. Beautiful! Also like others say, it's a good place to be if you're a cat lover. They're everywhere! I think they should change the name of the town to ArbaCATS! If I had any small suggestions for additions, I think one would be to have some blackout curtains, and another would be to have a towel rack in the bathroom. We had a fantastic stay, and want to say a big thank you to the host for their flexibility and warm welcome.

For us the perfect place for autumn holidays - hardly any people, great beach weather, beautiful nature and exciting excursion destinations (stalactite caves, mountains, Oasi Biderosa Nature Reserve, dream beaches). Super ice cream shop and good shopping in the village. The apartment has everything that you need and is really tastefully styled. Melania is an absolutely professional, responsive and generous host.

We had a lovely stay in Maria‘s appartment! It was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. The beach and the supermarket as well as a couple restaurants were a quick walk away. Our only struggle was that the mattress did not feel the most comfortable to us. We absolutely loved everything else!

Mrs. Marinella immediately made us feel at home. Available and very kind as a person. Very nice tourist resort, apartment close to both the beach and the activities where you can both eat and shop. We will definitely be back and I gladly recommend it.

We felt right at home and also super welcome.🫶🏽 Brigida and her husband gave us a great introduction, showed us everything in the apartment, as well as recommended restaurants, beaches and a great supermarket called COOP.☺️ Apartment was super clean, you can say like new.! 🫶🏽 Should we travel to Sardinia again, we would go directly back to Brigida and her husband in the apartment. We were in Sardinia in a few apartments and were always disappointed whether by the service or the apartment… But here everything was fantastically great and beautiful. 🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽
