Quiet and beautiful. Blottis in the middle of Nature!

N.B This house is ideal for 2 adults and two children ! Partial Low ceilings in bedrooms. When I first came bumping down the track, in an ancient 2CV, many years ago, I was spellbound by the place. The absolute peace and tranquility of the spot. That spirit still remains. Part of a group of old stone farm houses, with private terrace opening out from the front door. Situated on the southern slopes of a beautiful south facing valley. Quiet and peaceful. place to relax, away from it all!

The gîte is located in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional des Baronnies Provençales, between lavenders, lime trees and the Ouvèze. This river (Rio in Spanish) is privately accessible and borders the one-hectare grounds, which offer numerous spaces (river beach, reading corner, meadow, playground) where a magnificent swimming pool (10x5m) is also integrated. 🐕🐈 Garden is enclosed & pets are welcome (a pet fee applies). The beds are made on arrival, you must take your towels. A place of great calm, the exceptional view offers a panorama of the mountain of Céuze and the lake of Pelleautier. Less than 10 km from Gap, you are at the immediate start of outdoor sports: skiing, paragliding, hiking ... A swimming area is accessible 500 meters away.
