Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. In the heart of a small village, 5 minutes from the shops with walks around Lake Ganguise within walking distance. Come and discover the Lauragais and the surroundings between the Canal du Midi and the Toulouse region on one side about 50 minutes away and on the other Carcassonne with its superb city. Living room/kitchen on the ground floor then upstairs a transition room with a modular bed for 2 people, and a bedroom with bathroom and sink.

Salamander Chalet

Enjoy the peace, the view and the comfort of this stylish chalet. Very suitable as a romantic getaway or relaxing in nature with your family. We are at 650 meters altitude, in a hot summer it is always a little cooler than in the valley and with a breeze, very pleasant. At night, the lake cools down and it's a good night's sleep. We don't need air conditioning. Dogs are welcome, €15 per stay. There is a wood-burning stove for the winter. We provide a wheelbarrow with firewood for €15.

The accommodation is located in the village of Fanjeaux, a small picturesque village, very quiet, ideal for resting. The rental is located 100 m from Seignadou, where you have a remarkable view of the surrounding villages, the peak of Bugarach or the Pyrenees. We are about 30 minutes from the city of Carcassonne. The accommodation was renovated in 2017, it contains an equipped kitchen, a functional bathroom, a double bed (possibility of an extra bed); as well as a terrace.

Small cottage for 4 people with roof terrace, located in a small quiet village surrounded by nature, 8 km from Mirepoix (medieval city), in a region with many historical sites (Cathar castles, and prehistoric caves adorned with cave paintings). There are many hiking trails and many places to visit, underground river, museums, Prehistory Park, hot springs, intermittent fountain and of course the castles, caves and medieval cities.

We have 3 gites at the property. All have a fully equipped kitchen with gas hob and combination/microwave oven, a bathroom and washing machine, TV and WiFi. Bedding and towels are provided. The garden and pool are shared between the gites. Gite No. 1 is a large, detached, single-storey gite with a spacious bedroom andliving room, private entrance, terrace and gas BBQ. Accommodates 2 people in 1 super king bed.

It offers magnificent views of the surrounding vineyards and forests, ideal for walks, with views of the Pyrenees. This house is next to the Belgian owners' central farm, but is entirely private. During your stay, you can enjoy free wine tasting and a tour of the winery.
