House outside the village in the mountains (670 m). Independent access on the ground floor and parking for vehicle or motorcycles. Composed of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (shower/toilet), a living area (sofa, table, chairs and TV) and a kitchen with fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave). A garden with a large terrace under a pergola, barbecue and garden furniture. Very quiet, off the beaten track and a breathtaking view of the mountains of the valley.

10 minutes from the beaches. Quality location that will seduce you with its dominant position with a magnificent view of the valley, sea and village. Charming 50m2 house, air-conditioned which will make your stay more comfortable, you will fully enjoy the terrace, you will be seduced by the sunset and the lovely unheated private Bali pool. 🙂MY ACCOMMODATION IS NOT SUITABLE for babies and children under 12 years old, thank you for your understanding.

Just outside the authentic village of Cervione, you have access to all amenities on foot while being quiet in a 15000 m2 forest with stunning sea view.
