Cozy, charming and well-kept cottage dating back to the 18th century - in the middle of picturesque Hälleviksstrand on Orust. The cottage is for max 6 people and is a stone's throw from the sea with its own boat dock and a short walk to nice swimming opportunities for both large and small. The cottage is well-equipped and there is an associated patio with barbecue grill. The community consists of a fishing village with older houses, boathouses and cozy alleys. Since the cottage is from the 18th century, the ceiling height is slightly lower, about 190 cm.

Approx. 500 meters to a fantastic tapas restaurant with associated vineyard. About 700 meters to Coop grocery store. Beautiful green area to walk in right outside the door. Bed linen available to rent. The tenant does the final cleaning.

As a guest, you can borrow: * Rowboat, 4m * Kayak * 4 SUP boards Here you can enjoy the silence and the nature! The house is fully equipped and furnished. Good fiber Internet connection. The style is mixed from the 1930s onwards. However, the house was completely renovated in the 1990s and has been used sparingly since then. We are happy to rent monthly or longer. At least weekly.

For the morning or evening swim there are two child-friendly beaches 75 and 200 m from the house to choose from. The house offers high comfort and to vacation in Rågårdsvik is comfortable. There are plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, golf courses, tennis courts and bike and walking routes nearby.

Its immersed in nature located by the sea in a nature reserve. Its completely private but still close to the stunning old fishermans village of Grundsund where you have shops, cafés and restaurants. The nearest store is 5 minutes by car. You need a car to easily get to different places and activities on Orust and Tjörn. Stenungsund is the nearest major city, about 15 minutes by car.
