In just a few minutes walk over the cliffs there is also a larger swimming area with jetties and trampoline. The house is located close to Sundsby farmhouse with nice hiking trails and beautiful nature. In a 50-minute drive you can reach Gothenburg and in 15 minutes you can reach a well-stocked grocery store and pharmacy. 2 bedrooms with double bed and guest house with 2 beds.

The cottage is for max 6 p and is a stone's throw from the sea with its own boat dock and a short walk to nice swimming opportunities for both big and small. The cottage is well equipped and there is an associated patio with barbecue. The community consists of a fishing village with older houses, boathouses and cozy alleys. Since the cottage is from the 18th century, the ceiling height is slightly lower, about 190 cm.

Its immersed in nature located by the sea in a nature reserve. Its completely private but still close to the stunning old fishermans village of Grundsund where you have shops, cafés and restaurants. Our house suit both families and couples.

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation with sea view and close to beach (150 m) and forest. The cottage (30 m2) is built in 2020 and has the option to accommodate 2 people. The nearest shop is 5 minutes by car. You need a car to easily get to different places and activities at Orust and Tjörn. Stenungsund is the nearest larger city about 15 minutes by car.
