This completely newly built guest house is located on our sea plot and access to a large jetty with swimming ladder and grill is available, as well as a berth for boats that do not go deeper than 2.5 m (at extremely low water 2 m). Between Uddevalla and Lysekil is this gem. The apartment is located in a separate building. With nature right next to the junction in a quiet and protected location. With private parking, and private patio on the deck, there is also a barbecue. Breakfast eggs can be bought from our chicken coop Fjäderboa. This quiet oasis is close to all the best places on the coast. Including popular Hafsten with e.g. high-altitude track and good swimming opportunities for the family. Smögen, Lysekil, Fiskebäckskil, Orust and Tjörn. All are within easy distance.

Little guest house

Small cozy guest house with a glimpse of the sea. In just five minutes, you'll be on the beach. Or take the ferry to unique Fiskebäckskil or Lysekil. The cottage has two beds with pillows and duvets. Simple stovetop, fridge, coffee maker and internet. Toilet. You have to bring sheets, bed linen and towels and clean up after yourself. Completely pet-free. Restaurant about 30 minutes walk, or 2 minutes to the ferry. Bedding etc. can be rented. There is no shower! Only hot water in the kitchen area, cold in the sink in the toilet.

Närmaste café finns inom 9 minuters gångavstånd. Där serveras lättare mat, bakverk, kaffe och glass. Denna pittoreska gäststuga är utrustad för att möta alla basala behov, så som sängkläder, handdukar, basutrustning till kök, tv-uppkoppling enbart till DVD, fläkt och persienner för insynsskydd. Egen altan nära skogen.

Ta en paus och varva ner i denna fridfulla oas. Bo för er själva med djur och natur alldeles utanför knuten. Ni kommer att bo på en liten fårgård med många djur som ger landskapet liv. Hälsa på vallhunden Svante och träffa våra höns och ankor som ger oss ägg. Hela gården andas genuin lantlighet och stillhet på en ö som under sommaren är sjuder av liv. Stugan är gammal, men nyfixad med en smakfull mix av genuin lantlighet och lite vardagslyx.

Nice Detached Cabin in Lysekil

A detached cottage in a quiet residential area and within walking distance to central Lysekil. Fresh, smaller accommodation with its own bathroom. The cottage has a complete small kitchen and a nice patio at the entrance. On the patio there is also a barbecue that guests are welcome to use. 300 meters away is the largest grocery store in Lysekil. Child-friendly swimming with a shallow sandy beach is a 10-minute walk away.

You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. A double bed on the ground floor and a double bed upstairs in the loft. Smaller common area with kitchenette, sofa and dining table. Access to part of the terrace and barbecue area. Close to swimming areas and tennis court (rackets are available to borrow). Towels and bed linen are available to borrow free of charge. Free parking is just outside the house.

Close to the sea, hiking, climbing, Stora Coop, and a very good Spanish restaurant. Self check in & out. Full directions become available in the app a few days before you arrive. Bring your own sheets & towels or rent them.

Avslappnad miljö och ändå nära hotspots som Lysekil, Skaftö, Fiskebäckskil och Grundsund. Obs: Stugan är till uthyrning endast för två gäster utan barn.
