Within walking distance there is a sauna, paddle courts and kayaks for rent. The sea house has on the first floor an open living room with kitchen and a toilet with shower and washing machine. On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms with a total of 6 beds. Nearby is a boat ramp for launching your own boat. Welcome to this amazing place.

There is space for one mattress in each bedroom. It's also possible to take it down to the lower level. A TV, a DVD player with films and some toys are available on the upper floor. Bathroom with a bathtub as well. The lower floor consists of a kitchen, bathroom, dining room and living room. Bed linen and towels are not included.

The sea around Hälleviksstrand is perfect for guests with their own boat or sea kayak. Parking is included about 150 meters from the house. Sheets, towels included. Cleaning can be purchased.
