Cabin holiday rentals in Orust Municipality

We traveled by train and bus only and Erica and James' place is quite walking distance. Bikes are very convenient and the area is very well served by bus. We had a great stay of several nights with Erica and James, two very discreet, available and attentive people. The hot tub was very nice! We'll be back with pleasure if the opportunity arises, thank you!

Cozy place! Great views and views from the house and terrace. Large oak with swing on the terrace, was appreciated by the children in the company. Walking distance to Småholmarna, great sea bathing. Afternoon and evening sun on the terrace for dinner. Peaceful place!

We were looking for a spot to spend some relaxing days during a road trip through Scandinavia and with Johan we found exactly what we are looking for! The hut is simple, but complete. The highlight of our stay was, of course, the jacuzzi, which was ready to use and squeaky-clean. The mixture of cold air, hot water and the silence around makes us desire to come back. :) The location is (apart of Johan's own house) really remote and private, but by car it is only a 8min ride to get to a large supermarket to get everything you will need, or 30-45min to Göteborg, if you want to peek into a more vibrant area. Whenever it takes us back to Sweden, we will certainly make a, probably extended, break again at Johan's place. Thanks for having us!

The accommodation is a small, cozy cottage, furnished with great attention to detail, with a great outdoor area. The sauna and jacuzzi/whirlpool are particularly worth mentioning as highlights during the colder months. The shower takes a little getting used to, as it can only be used with a stool for people taller than 1.50m, but this only makes the overnight stay even more special :) Annsofie and Collin are very friendly and accommodating hosts who were immediately available to help with any questions or problems. The house is definitely recommended!

Had an absolutely wonderful stay at the cabin for the weekend. Britta is an amazing host who really elevated the experience. Got a chance to greet the animals, burn in the stoves, eat breakfast outdoors with the view of the farm and swim in the hot tub under the starry sky. Recommend shopping in the farm shops that are around Sollebrunn and visit Gräfsnäs castle ruin. Very happy with the visit, perfect oasis for getting out of town. Thanks Britta!

Nice house with very beautiful living room on the ground floor. The bedrooms were upstairs. There was plenty of space throughout the house and there was even a fence around the house so our dogs really enjoyed it. It was just to hike out into the woods without meeting other people. The host couple were very helpful and nice to talk to.

We had a very nice stay in Ulrika's nice cottage! The view and the terrace are a dream! The area is also beautiful. In addition to the cottage, the small annex also has a fantastic view of the sea. Communication with Ulrika was very nice and straightforward. We were even surprised on arrival with a small surprise and a decorated Christmas tree. Thank you for that! We really enjoyed the stay!

Very beautiful environment and nice accommodation. Incredible view. It was clean and felt fresh. The outdoor furniture was a little worn but perfectly fine.

Nice cabin in a fantastic location with nice neighbors. Peaceful, and very nice sea view. Cabin is simple and some things in cabin need upgrading.

We had a very nice stay with our three kids and our little dog. The space is completely unique. We saw seals, caught fish and crabs, and bathed. We chose to sleep all in the main house closest to the water, but close to the toilet building is also an annex with four sleeping places, which also has a nice terrace and view. Sandra and her family are very hospitable and helpful and quickly made us feel comfortable in their house. We'll be back soon: -)

great place and very quite.

We had great days in Lysekil and the cabin. Very easy to communicate with Kent who received us and made us feel welcome and at home. We got lots of tips that we greatly benefited from. The cottage had everything we needed (without being full of things we didn't need). The small port by the ferry doesn't look much but our boys occupied themselves hours of fortunate crab fishing. A great accommodation for families with children but also others. You can take a bus or bike to town. Highly recommend!

We were with two couples and a small dog at Pierre's house. It was perfect for the group. We had a nice time and relaxed. Our stay was in the second half of August, which was off-season for Swedish standards. To go out to eat, you unfortunately have to drive, but the house offers everything you need to cater for yourself, including a great gas grill and a charcoal grill.

Staying at Pia's place was very enjoyable. The cabin is well-furnished and the location is extraordinary - close to the sea, outside of the city, and easily reachable by car and public transport. Pia is also a great host and was very helpful with organising our stay.

We had a wonderful week at Janne's place. Everything was perfect. Janne is a lovely, endearing, friendly person, and full of good tips for discovering this beautiful region. A huge thank you for this beautiful rental! We won't hesitate to come back!

We had 4 really nice days in the cabin. The kids loved the playhouse and the toys indoors. They also used the football goal extensively. We slept well both in the big cabin (the house) and in the small where it was cool despite hot outside. Lovely patios to sit and eat all meals on. Well-equipped kitchen. We visited the beach which was 2 km away, unfortunately a little complicated with parking and getting down with a wagon/baby but such a cozy place! Also went on a day trip to Henån and then on to Fiskebäckskil. Probably much quieter than in the other tourist locations. Tip for the host is that they could share their gems as tips for those who come and rent the cabin, a little difficult to know where to go when you are a tourist.

Great stay at Hannes's place, very friendly and responsive host. Ideal location, idyllic place, quiet environment, very welcoming house...everything was together for a pleasant stay. It feels like a home away from home! Perfect for 2 kids! I highly recommend it. Thank you Hannes for the hospitality!
