House of 44 sqm with the possibility of accommodating five people. The house is beautifully located overlooking meadows and mountains. In front of the house there is a large lawn that can be used for games and other activities. It is five minutes walk to the sea and in the bay there is a rowboat that you can borrow. On the island there is a fish shop and restaurant, also a five-minute walk from the house. The island's landscape is diverse, with open sea and cliffs to the west, and small farms and forests in the centre.

Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Spacious bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds. Two sofas are available, one in the tower and one in the living room.

Sleeps 7-10 people. 7 beds (one of which is 120 cm wide with room for 2 if you want). Also possible to sleep on the couch in the living room. Sheets and towels are available to rent.

Villa Holmen offers quiet accommodation close to nature, ideal for families and for those seeking relaxation and outdoor activities. The house is child-friendly and situated in a secluded location close to a lake and natural surroundings. A boat is available to borrow at no extra cost during your stay (please let us know in advance). For fishing throughout the entire lake, we offer fishing permits for €50. From the living room, bedroom, balcony & jetty you can see Kråksundsgap, Edshultshall and Sollidshamn. There are wonderful cliffs & nature for walking and hiking. The sea around Hälleviksstrand is perfect for guests with their own boat or sea kayak. Parking is included about 150 meters from the house. Sheets, towels included. Cleaning can be purchased.

With it's great location the other gems on the west coast are easily accessible by car.
