Approximately 300 meters to Orust's finest swimming area with docks, diving towers, cliffs and a small beach for the little ones. Well-stocked grocery store and excellent pizzeria 150 meters from the house.

Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

Gas barbecue, parasol, access to private beach. Please note that there are a few steps down to the beach (!) 3 kayaks, 1 double 2 single and as well as a small boat available during the stay. The deck has both outdoor furniture and sunbeds. Five beds in total, but ideal for two adults! Even though the square meters are few, you experience that everything is accommodated in the cabin. The apartment is on the first floor of the large house and is 90 m2 with lake views from almost all rooms. Directly outside the apartment there is a terrace of 150 m2 with exit from almost all rooms. 2 bedrooms with 180 cm double beds, 1 bedroom with 160 cm bed and 1 bedroom with single bed 90 cm, two of the bedrooms have their own toilet, There is also a larger bathroom with toilet and shower.

Mitt i en vacker grön innegård hittar man ett historiskt gårdshus vars hela övre plan konverterats till en gästlägenhet om ca 30 kvadratmeter. Lägenheten har allt man behöver för en semester: pentry, toalett med dusch och tvättmaskin, wifi 6. Efter en dag vid havet delar man trädgården med grill och sittplatser med värdparet Henrik och Björn. Parkering för en bil på tomten. Lägenheten lämpar sig väl för upp till tre personer över 12 år. Lägenheten är helt allergivänlig.

Our semi-detached house in Mollösund Tången is a holiday home with that little extra. The house is modern and well equipped with everything needed for a pleasant holiday in the heart of Bohuslän. The house is dimensioned for 6 people to stay comfortably but it is possible to fit an additional 2-3 people if needed. The price includes access to our boathouse and Tången's private swimming areas. Tången is about 500 meters (15 minutes walk) east of Mollösund's old community.
