The little house in the dunes

The small house of the dunes is located at the foot of the immense beaches of Barneville-Carteret, opposite the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey…) Close to the village and its shops. (5-minute drive - 15-minute walk). The accommodation is located in a quiet and pedestrian hamlet with 4 tennis courts (private) and a petanque court. The beach is very close to the house (10-minute walk). The small house of the dunes is classified as furnished tourist accommodation (3 stars).

You will stay in a comfortable cottage with an indoor pool heated to 30° all year round, sauna and treadmill, all in a beautiful 100 m2 room. Bed linen, bath towels and adult bathrobes are provided. Guests can take advantage of the living room (fully equipped kitchen, living room, lounge) and bathroom (walk-in shower) on the ground floor. Upstairs are a living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom (toilet and sink). A crib and high chair on request. A small adjoining garden will allow you to eat out. Direct access to the shore.

We offer for rent, in the village of Saint-Georges-de-Gréhaigne, this charming farmhouse. Renovated in 2024 and with an area of 90 m², it can accommodate up to 6 guests. It consists of a pretty 45 m² living room, an equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, 1 bathroom, separate toilet and you can enjoy an outdoor area of about 100 m². Wifi, linens and towels included, all you have to do is drop off your bags!
