Nishimura Residence OMOYA - 100 years old house rental 10 tatami mats

Nishimura Residence is an old-fashioned Nara-machiya that has been standing on a piece of Nara-machi for more than 100 years. I was a “grandmother” for a long time when I was a child. In Nara Town, there is a pleasant despicable feeling that never changes. "I want to be filled with this pleasant contempt even for future generations." With that in mind, I took care of the empty Nishimura Residence. - Nishimura-Tei is originally a traditional Japanese house which has been here in Nara-machi town over 100 years, where my grandmother used to live in. My mother and I decided to renovate this house to preserve and pass down the virtue of good old days in Japan to the next generation as well as to show it to you.

Due to other work commitments, I can't accept check-ins after 5pm, but I will do my best to accommodate check-ins before 2pm Check-in is not possible on Sunday and February 1st.Check-in on Friday, January 24th is from 3pm to 5pm (Staying and check-out possible) This is a guest house that is a 100-year-old Japanese traditional house that I renovated myself. Traditional house, Ryokan-like, 15 min. to Namba

Nice, clean Traditional Japanese house. There are a few more rules to keep old Japanese houses in good condition. I'm sorry, Not suitable for those who do not understand. Easy access to Namba (15 min) , Kansai International Airport (46 min), and Tennoji (20 min). I do not live in this house, but on the first floor is My workplace. We sometimes have events like a tea ceremony experience, Japanese Sake event, and Japanese Home cooking in the house.

Our house is located in a very convenient area that has a great access. 1 minute walk to “Tengachaya station” and 30 minutes by train to Kansai int’l airport from Tengachaya station. No need to carry your baggage with you for long time after your arrival at the Kansai int’l airport. One minute walk from the station where the rapid train stops to the guest house. 30 minutes to Kyoto and 15 minutes to Nara. Excellent access to tourist attractions. Parking is available, so you can also come with a rental car. There is a café and a weekend beer garden attached to the house, where you can meet the locals!
