It is about 5 minutes walk from the subway, JR, Kintetsu tram station. It is about 8 minutes walk from the airport bus stop. The B&B is equipped with air conditioning, refrigerator, washing machine, TV, kettle, microwave, disposable supplies, bowls, chopsticks, etc. The room is 58 square meters (excluding balcony). 2 rooms, can accommodate 2 to 6 people (based on the number of adults). There is a balcony outside to dry clothes. 1 double bed, 1 double mattress, 2 single mattresses. The massage sofa in the living room is available to guests for unlimited free use, please use it carefully. Feel free to ask anything during your stay. BIO_006 An exciting multi-layered space

Batonship Inn Osaka, commonly known as BIO, is a renovated building operated by Batonship LLC. It is located in a complex called "Kita no Kita Nagaya", which consists of 13 sections of offices, shops and accommodation. A 'nagaya' is a simple, continuous building that shares walls with its neighbours, and is a type of multi-unit housing where each unit has its own independent entrance. This traditional Japanese housing style has contributed to the formation of rich communities and cultures in the region, but is declining year by year due to reasons such as ageing. Nevertheless, there are still many tenements left in the Kinki region, especially in the downtown area of Osaka. “Kita no Kita Nagaya” is a new approach to revitalising Osaka's Nagaya. Carefully renovated with earthquake resistance, thermal insulation and soundproofing, the ground floor has been reorganised mainly for shops and the first floor mainly for accommodation. Part of the ground floor has been reduced in size to create a communal garden that can be used for events and other purposes, making it a facility that is loved by the local community. There are six BIO units. Each BIO unit has been renovated with a different design theme, using natural materials and preserving as many of the building's original features as possible. Find your favourite among the six units and make it your own base for your trip.
