The panoramic terrace is the heart of everything: a pergola between vines, bougainvillea, date palms, bamboo and lemons, from which the gaze sweeps over the sea of Porto Recanati, the Basilica of Loreto and on clear days, the snow-capped peaks of the Apennines. It is also at home in nature: monstera, pothos and flowering plants create a serene and fragrant atmosphere. It's one of those places where time slows down on its own.

Located in a quiet and private location, the house can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people: ideal for families, couples or small groups of friends. Perfect for those who want to relax away from the chaos, without giving up the comfort of the sea just minutes away.

The Cascina del Poeta is an ideal place to spend your holidays in peace and quiet. The property is a pet-friendly and bike-friendly family. We have 4000 square meters of garden with fruit trees, swings, and a 50-inch smart TV. We have a large free parking lot. The two-room apartment has a kitchen equipped with dishes, oven, fridge, stove, coffee pod machine, kettle, washing machine, and sofa bed. Bathroom with shower, bedroom with king size and single bed. The house is a small apartment converted from a Marche-style farmhouse. Traditional furnishings revisited in a modern way and the use of natural materials make it authentic, cozy and intimate. It is located on the ground floor, overlooking a large lawn with a view of the green hills. It has a kitchenette with a fridge, sink, two electric hobs and a microwave. A refuge where you can experience regenerating moments in a disruptive nature and discover a rich territory

RosaClara Casetta

Casetta RosaClara is a former barn inside the courtyard of Casale del Gelso (ancient farmhouse of the late 1800s) located in the Marche countryside. Independent, it consists of two mini apartments of about 40 sqm each and communicating. Very bright and panoramic, it has a terrace/solarium and a pleasant and beautiful space, common to the two rooms, where you can relax and refresh. Newly renovated, it has all the amenities, harmonizing tradition with modern needs.

Chalet Fiastra

Maison en Pierre is located in the heart of the Sibillini Mountains. The property covers 140 square metres and is situated above Lake Fiastra. The stone farmhouse dates back to the 1500s and features an outdoor relaxation area in the garden with a hot tub and sauna, all of which are environmentally sustainable. Guests have exclusive use of the property. There is a surcharge of €15 per night for the firewood provided and €15 per night for each dog.

Easily reachable in 15 minutes Fabriano, in 20 minutes the beautiful caves of Frasassi, in 30 minutes Gubbio and in 60 minutes Senigallia or the Bay of Conero, in 20 minutes the ducal city of Camerino.
