We had the perfect stay here! The view from this apartment is amazing (we always loved coming back to it every day), you’re close to everything in Villefranche-sur-mer, and you have easy access to the train to get other places too. Our hosts were wonderful, we hope to come back some day!

We had a wonderful stay in Menton. The location is situated very close to public transportation for you to visit towns along the south of France, which made our stay stress-free. There are many restaurants in Mentone to enjoy the bakery down the street is one of the best I’ve come across in the area. The kitchen had many fine cooking instruments to enjoy a meal at the place. The views were spectacular. You could hear the sea crash along the rocks very soothing. 👍

Amazing place near the ocean, Fredrico was very accommodating and had no problem with us checking out later than usual.

I traveled as a solo female and booked Nicolas's place as part of a last minute trip to Nice. Nicolas's apartment is in a great area: great restaurants nearby, easy to get to and find, short walk to trams that will get you to the other side of Nice, and a short walk to the Promenade du Anglais along the water. The area is lively and I felt safe walking to his place very late one night, and I felt safe in the apartment itself. Nicolas was super responsive whenever I needed him, whether it was before my arrival or during my stay. He's got a lot of recommendations of what to do, where to eat, how to get around. He was also very flexible about meeting me to show me around the apartment after a very long flight from Los Angeles. It was a relief to have a very normal and approachable person in a city that was new to me.

The view from every window, including the bathroom, is incredible; almost feels like being on a boat from the bed. Christine is very helpful. Merci!

Thank you Dario for a relaxing holiday week! Thanks to the super working heating, it was always warm and cozy in the apartment. Despite the rain, we were able to enjoy the view of the sea from the covered terrace. Hikes and excursions to the hinterland are recommended.

Without a doubt an extremely refined and beautiful place to be. This villa has been in Silvio’s family for a while and the thought and care that continuously goes into making it beautiful inside and out is extraordinary. We had a short but wonderful time and won’t soon forget it. Recommended for a memorable occasion.

We stayed in the house for 8 days. The house is beautifully decorated, the view is amazing. The communication with Cristina was great. She was very quick to respond to our requests, helped us with the tips for the area, was always very friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable.

We had a great stay at Antoine and Julie's airbnb. Incredibly, despite being right on a main thoroughfare, it was extremely quiet, as they have upgraded doors and windows. They were very responsive and the place was clean. Easy to get in to, and actually kind of fun and an adventure to travel back in time to the old stairwell each time you had to come and go. It was unfortunate to have to pay the furniture deposit, as the couch and chairs were dirty and the walls very scuffed. It wasn't clear what was being paid for with the deposit above and beyond what risk of damage would have been covered by the nightly rate, anyway. However, we received it back in a timely manner and all was fine. Second time in Nice and purposely targeted this location, it really can't be beat! Walk right out to all the restaurants, boulangerie, the beach, market, and public transportation. Would highly recommend staying here.

Absolutely gorgeous place with incredible views. Great location - steps from the beach and also the train. Rutger was extremely helpful & available for communication. We stayed for the tennis tournament and regrettably did not get to spend a lot of time enjoying the gardens, but we definitely hope to be back!

We had a superb stay - the house was filled with lovely artwork- everywhere you looked there was something beautiful to see- great books everywhere and Dominique and Marie’s garden is just perfect for plant lovers- unbelievable views out across the bay greeted us every morning - looking over to Cap Ferrat and watching the little yachts every day was absolutely sublime- the nicest Airbnb we have stayed in - Kathryn and Steve (from Australia)

Gemma and Federico are incredible heart people and warmly welcomed us. The apartment is spacious and partially newly renovated. The two go out of their way to make the stay as pleasant as possible. The location of the house is not far from the beach, restaurants are within walking distance. We had a great time, thanks!

Perfect location to reach the country clubs of Monte Carlo! In just a 2-minute walk we arrived at the station and only 2 stops from there. Cathrine was very kind and very helpful in meeting us for our check-in time. We highly recommend the place!!

We had a great stay! The co-host (Görkem) was super friendly and responsive, always available and happy to help. He gave us lots of great recommendations before our arrival, which made planning our trip much easier. Everything we asked for was possible to arrange, which we really appreciated. The place itself is small but perfect for two people, and if you want to use the sofa as a bed, you just need to ask and they’ll prepare it for you. Overall, a very smooth and pleasant experience — would definitely recommend!
