Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement très bien placé, bien agencé et disposant de tout le confort nécessaire. La vue est magnifique et il est agréable de démarrer la journée avec un café sur le balcon ensoleillé avec la vue sur la rade de Villefranche. Lieu très paisible en hors saison. Belle plage. Commerces et restaurants à proximité. Bien desservi en transport en commun. Mention spéciale pour Sonia qui nous a très bien accueilli et à été à l’écoute de nos besoins. Attention si vous arrivez en voiture il n’est pas très facile de se garer.

We had a wonderful stay in Menton. The location is situated very close to public transportation for you to visit towns along the south of France, which made our stay stress-free. There are many restaurants in Mentone to enjoy the bakery down the street is one of the best I’ve come across in the area. The kitchen had many fine cooking instruments to enjoy a meal at the place. The views were spectacular. You could hear the sea crash along the rocks very soothing. 👍

Bell' appartamento, ben ristrutturato e cucina ben fornita. Splendida vista mare e zona tranquilla e ben fornita. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, sicuramente lo terremo in considerazione per eventuali altri soggiorni!

I traveled as a solo female and booked Nicolas's place as part of a last minute trip to Nice. Nicolas's apartment is in a great area: great restaurants nearby, easy to get to and find, short walk to trams that will get you to the other side of Nice, and a short walk to the Promenade du Anglais along the water. The area is lively and I felt safe walking to his place very late one night, and I felt safe in the apartment itself. Nicolas was super responsive whenever I needed him, whether it was before my arrival or during my stay. He's got a lot of recommendations of what to do, where to eat, how to get around. He was also very flexible about meeting me to show me around the apartment after a very long flight from Los Angeles. It was a relief to have a very normal and approachable person in a city that was new to me.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. La vue est magnifique, coucher de soleil, levé du soleil, nuit étoilée, petit déjeuner sur le balcon avec vue sur mer. Il ne manquait rien, cuisine bien équipée et logement paisible. Nous avons hâte de revenir !

Uns hat das Häuschen inmitten des Olivenhains sehr sehr gut gefallen. Es liegt tatsächlich sehr abgelegen, was für uns aber kein Problem war. Das Meer ist in ca. einer halben Stunde mit dem Auto zu erreichen, aber auch zum Wandern ist die Gegend sehr schön! Die private Badestelle unten am Fluss war wunderbar, wenn auch der Weg dorthin mit zwei Kleinkindern abenteuerlich war ;-). Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt!

Vielen Dank Dario für eine entspannte Ferienwoche! Dank der super funktionierenden Heizung war es immer warm und gemütlich in der Wohnung. Trotz Regen haben wir den Ausblick aufs Meer von der überdachten Terrasse aus genießen können. Wanderungen und Ausflüge ins Hinterland können wir empfehlen.

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben,für uns perfekt. Auch eine sehr gute Ausgangslage,um all die Ortschaften um Imperia herum zu erkunden,wobei auch Imperia sehr viel zu bieten hat. Die Gastgeber waren stets erreichbar und die Kommunikation äusserst herzlich. Sogar ein kleiner Osterhase begrüsste uns als wir Sonntags von unserem Ausflug zurück kamen. Wir waren 8 Tage in dem Haus. Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet, die Aussicht ist fantastisch. Die Kommunikation mit Cristina war großartig. Sie hat sehr schnell auf unsere Anfragen reagiert, hat uns mit den Tipps für die Gegend geholfen, war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

We had a great stay at Antoine and Julie's airbnb. Incredibly, despite being right on a main thoroughfare, it was extremely quiet, as they have upgraded doors and windows. They were very responsive and the place was clean. Easy to get in to, and actually kind of fun and an adventure to travel back in time to the old stairwell each time you had to come and go. It was unfortunate to have to pay the furniture deposit, as the couch and chairs were dirty and the walls very scuffed. It wasn't clear what was being paid for with the deposit above and beyond what risk of damage would have been covered by the nightly rate, anyway. However, we received it back in a timely manner and all was fine. Second time in Nice and purposely targeted this location, it really can't be beat! Walk right out to all the restaurants, boulangerie, the beach, market, and public transportation. Would highly recommend staying here.

Absolutely gorgeous place with incredible views. Great location - steps from the beach and also the train. Rutger was extremely helpful & available for communication. We stayed for the tennis tournament and regrettably did not get to spend a lot of time enjoying the gardens, but we definitely hope to be back!

We had a superb stay - the house was filled with lovely artwork- everywhere you looked there was something beautiful to see- great books everywhere and Dominique and Marie’s garden is just perfect for plant lovers- unbelievable views out across the bay greeted us every morning - looking over to Cap Ferrat and watching the little yachts every day was absolutely sublime- the nicest Airbnb we have stayed in - Kathryn and Steve (from Australia)

Gemma und Federico sind unglaubliche Herzmenschen und haben uns wärmstens empfangen. Das Apartment ist großzügig und in Teilen neu renoviert. Die beiden sind sehr bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Die Lage des Hauses ist unweit vom Strand, Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, danke!

Alloggio in posizione perfette per raggiungere i country club di montecarlo! In soli 2 minuti a piedi siamo arrivati in stazione e da li solo 2 fermate. Cathrine è stata gentilissima e molto disponibile nel venirci incontro per il nostro orario di check in. Consigliamo assolutamente l alloggio!!

Abbiamo passato dei giorni molto piacevoli nell’appartamento Bella Marina Maria Vittoria è stata veramente gentile e disponibile. La casa è ben curata esattamente come nelle foto, la posizione è ottima, vicino al mare e al centro di Porto Maurizio. Inoltre c’è il parcheggio privato, davvero comodo. Quindi un grande grazie!

We had a great stay! The co-host (Görkem) was super friendly and responsive, always available and happy to help. He gave us lots of great recommendations before our arrival, which made planning our trip much easier. Everything we asked for was possible to arrange, which we really appreciated. The place itself is small but perfect for two people, and if you want to use the sofa as a bed, you just need to ask and they’ll prepare it for you. Overall, a very smooth and pleasant experience — would definitely recommend!
