The 40 m² apartment is located in a quiet, idyllic location on our three-sided courtyard. Stepping out of the apartment, you are immediately on the terrace belonging to your apartment. The 2 beds are 1 m wide and 2 m long, 1 sofa bed is 2×2 m, very comfortable as a 3rd bed. You can hike through the vineyards in 15 minutes and reach the Seußlitzer Schloß (castle). The Elbe cycle path is only 400 m away from us. You can relax in the natural Goltzscha pool. perfect. Parking and 2 bicycles are free of charge.

Modern vacation home directly on a small lake. Practically furnished to unwind for a few days in the middle of nature. On the ground floor there is either a large double bed or two single beds. A staircase leads to the slightly lower sleeping loft with two more single beds. The apartment is located on the top floor in our residential building directly at the foot of the Hutberg. It has a small hallway, a spacious living room with an open fully equipped fitted kitchen and a dining area overlooking the Hutberg. The bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe and a dresser overlooks the Walberg. The bathroom is very small, equipped with shower, toilet and small washbasin.

Public transport, such as train and bus, are within walking distance and take you directly to the old, Baroque city center of Dresden with its historical sights, but also to Saxon Switzerland, Moritzburg or one of the many other highlights in the area. Close to shops, restaurants and doctors.
