In summer, there are horses right outside the house with their small foals, which are always happy about a petting session. The large garden with adjoining sunbathing lawn and play equipment is fenced in and therefore suitable for small children and four-legged friends.

The state capital Bremen can be reached in 45 minutes by train, even faster by car. The North Sea beaches can be reached in max 30 minutes.
