Boogie Studio Loft - 2nd Schlafzimmer in Ottensen

Welcome to our top-notch 2-bedroom serviced apartment in Hamburg-Ottensen, hosted by the legendary Boogie Park Studio - Udo Lindenberg's second home! Accommodating 4 guests, it's just a 10-minute walk to the harbor, train station, Elbe beach, and even the Reeperbahn. Ottensen is one of Hamburg's most beautiful neighborhoods, brimming with lively bars, shops, and a twice-weekly market. Renovated in 2024 we usually use it as artist residence for the studio. From time to time some slots are free.

Gustav - cozy, bright and modern

The bright and modern apartment Gustav is located on the 1st floor of a new building from 2016. The connection to the city is very good. On foot you can reach the Langenfelde S-Bahn station in about 4 minutes. From there, an S-Bahn [suburban train] runs every 10 minutes to the city center or the harbor. Duration to the city center (Stadthausbrücke) 16 minutes. On foot you can reach in approx. 8 minutes two shopping opportunities: Penny (8:00 am - 11:00 pm) and REWE City (8:00 am - 12:00 am)

The beautiful bright in-law in our semi-detached house in Othmarschen is characterized by contemporary and stylish design, loving details and much more. On the upper floor of the apartment (ground floor) there is living room including bedroom and private kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, etc. If you go down through the stairs, you will find yourself in a small hallway through which you can get into the pretty full bath. The S-Bahn runs just across the street.

You can enjoy life like Hanseatic merchants in our house from 1907, with all modern amenities. Workplace and Nespresso help with work, the lounge and sofa corner with TV (TV, Netflix) invite you to relax, and for the children there is a play area directly under the roof (with secret hiding place). The spacious penthouse (90 m²) can be reached at any time via a private staircase. Centrally located in the west of Hamburg, you can quickly get to the Elbe and the S-Bahn.

Cozy-maritime, creatively renovated apartment in the original coach house on the Elbe, flooded with light with a mini balcony on the stairs, double bed and third sleeping option in the loft bed, fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom with bathtub. With the best location, just one minute via Hamburg's Elbchausse to the Elbe, 10 minutes by rental scooter or rental moped (right outside the door) to the creative district of Ottensen and 20 minutes to Hamburg's city.

The 36 m² apartment in the former machinist's house of the waterworks offers stylish flair and contemporary comfort. Location: Located directly on the Elbe beach, the surroundings invite you to take walks and bike tours. The proximity to the Falkensteiner Ufer allows direct access to the Elbe and offers a magnificent view of the passing ships.

Beautiful mini loft, very high-quality furnishings, in the heart of Hamburg-Bahrenfeld. In the middle of the Theodorhof, a former barracks site, with its beautiful buildings and versatile tenants. The landlord is the nullviernull Tonproduktion, which converted an old bunker complex into 11 beautiful offices and mini-lofts with a lot of love for detail. A bus stop is nearby and it takes less than 4 minutes to get to BAB 7, Bahrenfeld exit.

You are in the middle of St.Pauli on the S-Bahn [suburban railway] & U-Bahn [subway], a 5-minute walk to the harbour/fish market/landing bridges with fabulous restaurants and the best clubs in the north right on your doorstep. You can stay where most people go on trips and almost everyone travels in the evening. You can't get more St. Pauli.

Atelier-Bahrenfeld

The studio apartment (about 30 square meters) is located on a 400 square meter upper floor of a cavalry building built in the middle of the 19th century together with some artist studios. Free parking is available. The apartment has its own bathroom and a small kitchenette. A bus stop with direct city connection is about 200 meters away.

Our listed Art Nouveau house is located in Hamburg's Elbe suburbs, very quiet and amidst greenery, about 20 minutes from the city, close to public transport and shops. There are many restaurants nearby, green areas, parks etc. No infants (under 6 years old). Dogs (max. 2) are welcome at a cost of €12 per dog/night.
