Huset ligger i byn Svarte som har en populär badstrand med badbrygga och strandcafé. Från huset har du en panoramautsikt över havet som nås 100 meter nedanför tomten (en bilväg emellan). Trädgården inhägnad och ligger på hörntomt. Altan och fast grill för grillkol. Lekredskap i trädgården, lekstuga, sittgrupp för barn, sandlåda, skrinda, flera gungor och repstegar i träden, babygunga. Parkering med plats för flera bilar. Fastigheten består av en huvudstuga och mindre spa-stuga med tillhörande stenlagd grillplats och spabad. Skärmtak och spalje runt grillplatsen och spabadet och stort trädäck runt omkring. Idylliskt skogsmiljö mitt i Skåne nära Ringsjön med obegränsade möjligheter för fiske, vandring, frisk luft, bad, utflykt och avkoppling.

Surrounded by famous beaches, nature reserves, renowned bakeries and cafes, farm shops, fresh fish and even a Michelin star restaurant. Across the cobble courtyard we produce our own organic ice cream. It is a gastro tourist paradise.

Welcome to our cottage located in the middle of the forest in a beautiful nature reserve, approximately 18 km from the beach and 10 km from the village of Brösarp with shops and restaurants. There are beautiful walks that start right outside the house. Here you can really relax and enjoy the silence. Price per night is inclusive. There are no additional costs. Includes bed linen, towels and much more! Weekly rental midsummer - August. (Hosts live in a house next to the cottage).

The Cottage in nature with a wood-fired sauna

The house is 75sqm with kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, glassed-in, insulated porch with separate study corner, located on a 1500sqm detached forest plot, with a private access road. Outside the veranda is a spacious wooden deck. The tap water tastes good and is of very good quality. A wood-burning sauna is in a separate sauna cabin. It is not allowed to smoke indoors or bring pets.
