Open Fields Lugnet i utkanten av Österlen

L-format hus i underbara lövestad i utkanten av Österlen. Fridfull plats med öppna fält som granne. Huset är öppet upp till nock. Sommartid finns pool och vintertid bjuder det på två kaminer, vedeldad bastu och vedeldad hot tub. Grillplats, parkering, stor grönyta och nära till skog och mark. Öppen yta på botten plan med vardagsrum och kök. Toalett, badrum och 5 sovrum på botten. 3 öppna mezzanin våningar med flygande trappor till 3 sovrum. Dessa mezzanin rum är öppna utan dörrar eller räcken.

Idylliskt skogsmiljö mitt i Skåne nära Ringsjön med obegränsade möjligheter för fiske, vandring, frisk luft, bad, utflykt och avkoppling.

Här erbjuder vi ett boende i pittoresk miljö nära naturen och djuren. Vår gård ligger 15 minuter från Lund 25 minuter från Malmö. Du har också väldigt nära till Österlen och sydkusten med sol och bad. I vårt närområde finns vandringsleder, golfbanor,cafeer,restauranger,dresincyckling,mountainbike slinger och andra spännande utflyktsmås.

Perfekt när man är fler än 5 personer som vill bo nära varandra. Det finns möjlighet att hyra cyklar för att enkelt ta sig mellan boendena (grusväg).

Entire house with separate courtyard garden, wood fired hot tub and a larger shared swimming pool. We are 10 minutes from Kristianstad, 20 minutes from Ahus and the same to beautiful beaches along the coast. Local amenities are (Supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant) within 3km of the cottage and the bus is 15 mins away.
