The paths to the city centre and many sights are short and within walking distance. In the immediate vicinity there are numerous amenities such as a bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, organic shop, and restaurants. There are four apartments and two doctors' offices in the building, behind which there is a car park that is locked at night.

The place is conveniently located (on the L63). Bus station is 100 meters from the property. Parking is possible at the house. A bakery with breakfast is a 5-minute walk, while the city center is 20 minutes away. By car, it is 15 minutes to Dessau-Zentrum and 20 minutes to Köthen. You have direct access to the property from the staircase. Grill and fireplace are available in the garden. The Elbe, biosphere reserve, water crossing point and others offer many recreational opportunities in nature.
