Great choice. We found a depa that suited our needs: in a very quiet place, with a great view, and right on the beach. The malecón is a 10-minute walk away, and there you find restaurants, cafes, shops and local shops, and on the way to the seafront, or restaurants at the beach.

Housing is very new and in accordance with all the advertiser's expectations. I highly recommend it.

The photos fail to describe the wonderful of the place. The view from the terrace is another level of beauty. We hit a full moon and you can't imagine that view and the awesome sunrise. In the depto everything impeccable and good taste. Thanks to Alejandra and Mr. Urs x their attention at all times. It was like being at home Pero on the beach shore. Thank you

We had a great stay here with our family of five. The apartment was as described and very comfortable and clean. When we needed to contact the host, Federica was incredibly quick and helpful. The pool was lovely too and cleaned frequently. Would definitely recommend

It is easier to get by the federal road on the return of Cenote azul, the apartment is very comfortable, the pool is incredible, very good for traveling as a family

The depa is very comfortable, the view at all hours is incredible, the beach has reef, fish and it is very nice, for swimming you will have to go to another beach but it is worth the view. The only thing is that they check the smells in the drainage.

Lovely apartment, very clean, well-stocked and nice pool area.

Beautiful spot right on the lake. We had to get a few things like more water and garbage bags but other than that it was lovely. Very private and the huge tree was great for shade. Lots of birds and iguanas hanging around.

The Nanis house is super comfortable and pleasant, everything is clean and tidy, it has the services of the description, Mrs. Nadime is always attentive, she is very close to the shopping center, the cars are safe. We were very satisfied with our stay.

We enjoyed a fantastic vacation in this wonderful house with 3 children (16, 11, 9). It is much nicer than in the photos!! You have to know that you have to drive about 20 minutes along an unpaved road along the beautiful Caribbean Sea until you can go shopping. Plan sightseeing and city tours from somewhere else! Here you can relax and enjoy especially well, as you are really alone in the house and far away from the hustle and bustle. You can only hear the wind in the palm trees and the waves. That's exactly what we were looking for - a lonely house on the beach…like in paradise you feel in the Casa Kìin-Ha with a lot of comfort such as plenty of fans, giant refrigerator, ice maker, water filter system, emergency generator etc. During our stay, the house was cleaned 3 times - even with a change of linen…Great!!! Marcia's support was excellent. It really all worked out great and we 100% recommend coming here on a trip to Mexico!

We had a wonderful stay. The villa, although small, is tastefully decorated and has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxed stay. The development has few houses and although there is a lot of glass, the distribution is well planned so that no house looks in front of another, so you never feel exposed. The common pool is very nice, but undoubtedly the most valuable is the proximity to the lagoon, with exclusive access for guests and residents. Only a 5 minute walk (approx. 400 meters); yes, access is downhill, with well-formed steps, but can be tricky for people with low mobility. The dock is small, no palapa, but the nearby trees offer just the necessary shade. The host is simply the best: attentive, quick to respond, and always willing to help, even with things beyond her control. It is definitely a gem. We are leaving to return soon. Highly recommend this place. 10/10

We loved Casa Cactus during our stay in Bacalar. The house was perfect and we opted to have Rosy cook some breakfast and dinner meals and they were absolutely perfect. Sooooo yummy and even our picky Children loved her cooking. The potato floutas were heavenly as well as the lentils and cauliflower…so yummy. Rosy also recommended a boat tour of the lake which was marvelous and recommended a restaraunt in town that was so yummy we had to go twice!! Rosy was gracious and helpful and really a wonderful host. We will be back again!
