Situated at the edge of Baildon moor, boasting amazing views of the surrounding countryside, we are surrounded by fields and stunning views. The perfect place to relax! We are a short walk from Baildon village, where you’ll find pubs, shops, restaurants and takeaways, and Leeds city is just 15 mins on the train. We are located on our family farm with some animals on site, we have horses, dogs, cats and our two pet micro pigs Gavin & Stacey. So some farm noises are to be expected on a morning!

There is Netflix and a smart TV in the bedroom and living room.

Renovated thoughout this little gem is stylish and comfortable. A 2 bed bungalow with the most fantastic views across the valley, it's the perfect location for exploring Yorkshire, or relaxing and staying local - walk to the Roebuck pub in 15 mins or Otley in 20. Plenty of parking on the driveway and a secure shed for storage of bikes etc. The beds are medium firm, sprung, foam topped mattresses and the central is heating is controlled by you.
