The 45 m2 apartment has a thoughtfully designed layout comprising a comfortable living area, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and oven, a stylish bedroom and bathroom with a walk-in shower and extra bathtub. Upon thorough renovation in 2021, the house has been adapted to the modern way of living, yet it retained its original charm and soul.

The light-flooded cellar is located on a sunny, quiet vineyard in the Styrian Vulkanland. The spa town of Bad Radkersburg is only 12 km away. The original part of the cellar is made of stone and well over 100 years old and was supplemented by a modern annex made of wood and glass, resulting in a perfect symbiosis of rusticity and modernity. The exceptionally beautiful view over the vineyards to our neighboring country of Slovenia is also convincing.

For the athletics is the horse farm next door the perfect place to ride with fun through the beautiful landscapes of the vulcan-land and to be in harmony with the natur and the animals.

Come to the hill of love and stay in a lovely home

About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.
