Thank you very much, Terhi! We had a very nice stay for 3 nights. For this time, we joined an event of Atomu x Aalto : Sunila area guide tour + KTP opening game + friendly reception party at Kantola. For the purpose, staying at Terhi's apartment was totally a perfect choice to enjoy the real Sunila life in Aalto designs! The original classic kitchen size was cute and perfect for my short size as one of Japanese to use, it was interested in! Everything made so cozy and we love the peaceful Sunila apartment. We highly recommend to stay to enjoy Aalto design lovers to know Sunila! We will come back when we visit Kotka. Thank you so much again :)

An unmissable experience for those who love Alvar Aalto. In addition to the architectural design and furniture, the furnishings are also by Alvar Aalto. In the apartment you can also find copies of the drawings and plans and other information about Sunila. Thanks Leena!

Nice, quite, wonderful apartment. Perfect for visiting all the surroundings of Sunila factory. Anne has all the apartment full of details from 1938, year of construction of the terraced houses, including books on Aalto with lots of information on the site. Besides useful recommendations about the surroundings (beautiful beach) and places to lunch, Anne made some arrangements to grant me acces to Kantola, the former factory director's house. Moreover, is nice to see the care Sunila's neighbours take on Aalto's heritage. They even have a biennale of art and design!
