The Squirrel is a unique Finnish chalet and is located on a spacious private property surrounded by a lot of greenery that ensures privacy. The veranda on the front side makes it possible to be outside with any weather type. You can walk directly into the woods from the path (has a trimbaan and a bicycle cross course) and a short walk away you will find a nice area of nature moments. The cozy Winterswijk city center is 3.5 km away and has an extensive range of shops, restaurants and (good) restaurants.

Beautiful home with plenty of space around the house. We love hospitality and respect your privacy. Can be totally contactless if that is a wish, because everything is separate and has its own entrance and lockbox. House is cleaned by us according to Airbnb rules. Important due to ambiguity, we can serve/make breakfast, but this can only be done on request and costs 10 pp. The meadow opposite the front door can be used by our guests for the dogs. This is fenced, and the garden is not fenced.

Come and enjoy the beautiful wooded area of Winterswijk! The wooden cottage with cozy shed is located in 't Rommelgebergte, plot approx. 600 m2, living area 110 m2. Within walking distance of the famous Korenburgerveen. The area is ideal for hiking and cycling. Located near the city center, 5 min by car, 10 min by bike; cafes & restaurants. Weekly market Pets not allowed (tourist tax 1.85 per person per night) Recreational use only. Electric car charging station available!

Light and spacious, with over 50m2, there is plenty of room for a luxurious stay for 2 people. Kitchen, room, bathroom, separate toilet and bedroom are all new and luxurious. We have furnished the independent studio with high-quality materials. Just as you would like it at home. Although we do not serve breakfast, we always provide a refrigerator filled with some drinks, butter, yogurt/quark, eggs, jam. There are also cereals, oil/vinegar, sugar, coffee and tea.

Spend the night in a creative environment

The studio (45 m2) is close to public transportation (NS) and the village center. You will love the place because of the location, the atmosphere, the spacious living space, the freely accessible large garden (5000m2) and the creative look. It is a good base for Arnhem (20 min. by train), history (Doesburg/'s Heerenberg) and forest (Montferland). More studios are available for rent on site as well as the studio. The space is best suited for single people.

In the garden also a lovely hot tub to relax in (optional, 80,- p/weekend), space for sports and play, a green oasis. The Achterhoek is ideal for cycling and many possibilities within 15-30 minutes by car to make nice trips, also in Germany. The changeover day is basically Friday. The next day, first turn on the wood stove, and the area invites you to a beautiful exploration!
