The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

Confluence Studio, 6th floor + south-facing terrace

Very nice studio located in the heart of the Confluence district. It is ideal for a weekend of discovery or a week in Lyon (professional training or teleworking), combining PROXIMITY and COMFORT. The apartment is new, bright, very well equipped, it has a large terrace (parasol, sofa, electric bbq). A mobile air conditioner is available in case of hot weather. Quick access to public transportation, restaurants, bars, Confluence shopping center, Confluence museum, cinema, etc.

Lyon South – professionals and families, parking

Ground floor, 43 square meter accommodation overlooking courtyard including a living room, with open kitchen, bathroom and toilet. Metro B terminus (Lyon South hospitals) Immediate access to the center of Lyon Part Dieu/Bellecour/Vieux Lyon (12 minutes by metro) and in close proximity to major roads (A6 A7 and National 6) free parking/unique and quiet accommodation for work, training or medical care. Within a market gardeners' farm, this accommodation ensures comfort and calm.

Very nice 15 m2 terrace No need for a car, all public transport is close to the accommodation, tram, metro, public bike. Shops nearby, Lyonnais bouchons, bar-barges on the quays, walks along the Rhône.
