Small functional apartment in a quiet area on the peninsula, Lyon 2. Easily accessible and central. Tram T1- T2 connecting to Perrache station (2 stops) connecting to metro A or SNCF station. Functional, living room with equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave combination oven, Nespresso), sleeping area overlooking Loggia. Quiet and pleasant to stay in, I can attest to this since I live there and make it available during my absence (is therefore not empty) Underground garage box
