Holiday rentals with a patio in Ouro Fino

A cozy place, very beautiful and organized. The apartment was clean, had a full kitchen available. The location is very good, on the road towards Mirante do Cristo, which is a must-see ride. Felipe was extremely attentive, responded quickly and gave directions for places to know.

I would like to make constructive criticisms. Box was leaking in the corner near the wall. The ceiling fan was dirty with a lot of dust. At the entrance of the building, the water from the air conditioning of the apartment above dripped directly onto the entrance gate, right over the head of those entering.

Great accommodation! All flawless! Excellent cost-benefit, with certeeza I recommend to everyone!

I and my girlfriend loved the place, super nice and cozy, everything was extremely clean and organized and Jorge was super attentive to us.

We choose from space. All very comfortable. We were positively surprised by everything clean and new in the house. The view from the sunset also pleased us a lot. Kerr gave us indications in the city and was very requested when we needed it. Indico!

The stay was great. The condominium is in a neighborhood relatively close to downtown by car (about 6 minutes). The apartment is spacious, well aerated and was super clean and organized. Bed linens, simple but super-scented. Kitchen equipped with stove, refrigerator and basic utensils (some cutlery, pressure cooker, some pots, etc). It has a washing machine as well. Our pets loved the balcony! The rooms have a mosquito net (although they need repairs, they have helped a lot!) and has a safety net on the balcony. Gislaine was very solicitous and used to respond quickly. Her apartment served us well during the 3 nights we were staying there. An important information is that the condominium, apparently old, has no elevators (if it needs full accessibility, it is not the most appropriate). Other than that, it's a good value.

I wanted to thank Milena for the attention, understanding, everything was great, I recommend it. Clean, organized apto and pools clean.

We had an excellent stay. Both Henry and Anderson responded promptly. We stayed for a longer period of time and they were always attentive to everything, especially with the care of the pool, which kept it clean and great for use at all times. We had recommendations on the nearby places we needed. Quiet, clean, well-located house. I felt right at home. I'll be back whenever I can.

Very cozy house with rooms and spacious bathroom. The outdoor area is great and fits more than 2 cars. Quiet setting, a place to relax. It is not far from the city center.

We had a wonderful stay on Eloisa Airbnb in Espírito Santo do Pinhal, the Ondina Casar. The experience exceeded our expectations. Espírito Santo do Pinhal is a city full of attractions, and tourism is growing, especially due to wineries and rural tourism. For those who wish to explore this charming town, I highly recommend staying at Casarão Ondina. Sure, we'll be back!

The house is great!!! Espaçosa, beautiful, was clean and well-equipped. The backyard is sensational, my puppy loved it! The place is peaceful , great for resting. Anderson is very friendly and has served us super well, from booking to Check-out. We look forward to returning soon!

I stayed on the holiday with my girlfriend, the apartment is super comfortable and complete, with a kitchen game and a wonderful room. The coffee maker is the mimo of space!! The host André is the kindness in person, received us in the best way, we will definitely be back!!

The place provides an extremely pleasant experience due to the wealth of details from the landscaping, furniture, decoration, lighting, all very well integrated with the exuberant nature around. Hotel very well located. We love walking around the Lagoa do Cavalinho Branco which is in front of the hotel. In addition, we walked to the Ademar de Barros square. Everything is close by. We also love the Fazenda Morro Pelado, where my daughter had fun with the attractions and had a delicious food from the countryside. We'll be back soon.
