Monthly Rentals in Outremont

The phrase, “what you see is what you get,” was obviously coined for situations like ours when we rented Mike’s loft on Avenue du Parc in the heart of the Mile-End neighborhood in Montreal.  The home is warm, welcoming and precisely what we needed, with easy access to countless restaurants & bars, a stone’s throw from parks, Olde City, Mount Royal (just to name a few), and in one the most artistic and culturally diverse communities we have visited in the recent past. We give it 5 stars and our pup, Bella, gives it 5 paws for its charm, location and feeling of being at home.  Mike is an outstanding host, accessible and communicative.  We can’t wait to visit again and recommend Mike and his home without hesitation!

A very enjoyable one month stay in this spacious and modern Airbnb. Walkable to all of Old Montreal. Everything was exactly as depicted in the Airbnb listing with easy to follow check-in instructions provided by the host. Kitchen comes equipped with everything needed and the clothes washer and dryer proved very useful during the stay. Very spacious with windows offering views of downtown Montreal.

Beautiful apartment in a peaceful part of town. Very child friendly neighbourhood with plenty of green spaces and restaurants and cafes. The apartment is beautifully renovated and perfect for a small family.

I stayed for over 3 months and enjoyed every moment. Vlad and Sara made me feel welcome directly and were always helpful. The location is perfect: the best possible location, close to public transport, parc mont royal and downtown is also closeby. The apartment is clean and modern and has everything I needed.
