Monthly Rentals in Owairaka, Mount Albert

This was a perfect place for what we needed. Close to shops and restaurants and a short drive to the city. Was quiet and clean.

Kathy is a terrific and friendly Airbnb host. Her self-contained studio is wonderfully maintained, homely and cosy, with all the amenities we needed. Plus, she supplied some lovely food items that meant no urgent shop was required for a cuppa or even breakfast the next morning. And, if you are fussy with your coffee, no worries, you’re covered! The location is great, too, with good shopping centres close by, excellent public transport links to central Auckland and easy access to motorways when driving. I have no hesitation in giving Kathy five stars!

The host is very nice, very knowledgeable, and we can talk about many topics together. Secondly, the aesthetics and taste are very good. This is also the best place I have stayed in New Zealand so far.

Location is beautiful and private. The home is brand new, has everything you need when staying in a home. It’s cozy & worth the money we paid. Beds were so comfortable, washer/dryer was so handy for us & it’s clean. We loved that especially. Hosts were so friendly & always responsive to our queries. Will definitely continue to book here for any future trips we make.
