This old cosy cottage has been newly renovated, with a little bit left to do outside. There is now a nice new kitchen, a bathroom and an additional bedroom with two single beds. There is a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a stove. We have a hot tub for 6 people all year round and a heated pool in the summer, approx. 24/05–31/08. A guest house with two beds. Electric car charging point. A few hundred metres away, there is a bathing jetty with a ladder and a sandy beach. Here you can find tranquility in scenic surroundings with the sea close by and create new fond memories.

Bagarstugan

In the beautiful Sörmländska countryside on road 223 between Nyköping and Björnlunda, there is a small cottage on the farm Uvsta Östergården. The cottage is located on an old small farm where we currently run a café. There we have a flea market and shop with furnishings for home and garden. The café serves lighter lunches and has good pastries. Breakfast is available for purchase in the café. Cozy garden that looks out over the fields. Bakarstuga is an older charming cottage of 35 sqm from the 1800s with beautiful views of the fields. Low ceilings!

The plot of the house is adjacent to a marina where there is a nice boat ramp to be able to launch your own boat. Rocks and beach swimming nearby. Oxelösund is a fantastic archipelago town with many gems to visit. Good connections with highway only to Oxelösund. 10 minutes by car to Nyköping and only 1 hour to Stockholm.

Our place is located in scenic Mem about 1.2 miles from Söderköping. Here you can enjoy both nature and water. Here you will find Kanalmagasinet, where you can have a good dinner in summer, or just enjoy a cup of coffee and ice cream. Distance to beach about 8 km. Europe's largest zoo, Kolmården, is within about 3.3 miles. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Välkomna till vår stuga med ett unikt läge på sjötomt i mysiga Gladö Kvarn. Vi är omgivna av stora naturreservat, men endast 10 min med bil, 20 min med buss till Huddinge C. Stor terass med sjöutsikt. Egen sittplats vid sjön. Huset har vardagsrum, kök, sovloft, dusch, tvättmaskin.
