Beach house - private sandy beach and magical views

Our beach house gives you the opportunity to stay and enjoy in a unique location, to say the least. You have the plot and the beach to yourselves and it is a dream for sun, swimming and barbecue. The bottom is very shallow, which is suitable for both children and dogs. The beach is also appreciated by canoeists who then have a short paddle to Stendörrens nature reserve. The views from both the bedroom and the living room make this place enchanting and our guests delighted. Relax over a weekend or put a golden edge on your summer vacation.

Lovely house near the sea

Perfect house for the smaller company who wants to be close to the sea and be able to enjoy time together in a large garden and nice patio. The plot where the house is located is in connection to a marina where a nice boat ramp to be able to launch your own boat is located. Cliffs and beach baths close by. The house is in new condition and fully equipped. Oxelösund is an amazing archipelago town with many gems to visit. Good transport links with highway all the way to oxelösund. 10 minutes by car to Nyköping and only 1 hour to Stockholm.

New guest house

Newly built small guest house (2025) for those who appreciate natural surroundings but still with proximity to central Nyköping, the harbor and Rosvalla. From the accommodation, you can see the water, cows graze in the meadows in the summers and close by is Tjuvholmsberget where you can sit on sunny cliffs in the summer, watch boats and enjoy beautiful views of the inlet to Nyköping. Within walking distance, there is also a summer café with the possibility of swimming. A longer walk away is the nice nature reserve Labro Ängar.

Rural farmhouse

Relax with your family or friends in this peaceful space. Here on Ekeby farm you live close to animals & nature. 5 minutes to the nearest grocery store & gas station. 1 hour from stockholm & 15 minutes to Nyköping. The kitchen is equipped with two stove plates, Air fryer, oven is not available. Outdoors there is a barbecue with charcoal and lighter fluid. Duvets and pillows are available, but you bring your own bedding and towels. Cleaning is not included. Cleaning equipment is available so you can clean up after yourself.

Welcome to our cottage with a unique location on a lake plot in cozy Gladö Kvarn. We are surrounded by large nature reserves, but only 10 minutes by car, 20 minutes by bus to Huddinge C. Large terrace with lake views. Private seating by the lake. The house has a living room, kitchen, sleeping loft, shower, washing machine. Towels and sheets are available and included in the price. 500 meters to the bus that goes to Huddinge C and commuter train into Stockholm C, 15 minutes.
