The Pool House at Mill Cottage offers a unique riverside escape with exclusive access to a private pool (Mar 1st - Oct 1st 2025 & Apr 1st - Oct 1st 2026). Nestled on the Thames, enjoy easy access to riverside cafes and restaurants by foot or boat. The charming one-bedroom retreat features blackout blinds for restful nights, plus a small sofa bed for extra guests. Just minutes from Goring on Thames village and the train station, it also boasts a BBQ and outdoor seating area for relaxing evenings.

Lavished with love & attention to detail - inside you'll find a king sized bed, a huge power shower, underfloor heating, a fully equipped kitchen (with Nespresso and dishwasher) and Smart TVs with Netflix. The Pool House is a contemporary spacious, private, hideaway, perfect for a romantic getaway or just a stay to explore the surrounding area. Styled with a shabby chic vibe. THE SPACE IS ONLY SUITABLE FOR 2 ADULTS & 2 CHILDREN AGE 12 AND UNDER A HOT TUB SPA AVAILABLE ALL YEAR ROUND. If I have late availability, I will reduce the rate a week before. The pool will close at the end of September 26 THE POOL WILL BE HEATED IN JUNE, JULY & AUGUST, IT WILL NOT BE HEATED IN MAY & SEPTEMBER

The Coach House makes up part of Bretforton Manor, a Grade II-listed Jacobean estate that’s a 10-minute drive from Chipping Campden in the picturesque north Cotswolds. We only have the one property which is luxurious and very spacious for two people. Guests have access to our incredible facilities (5 acres of grounds with an indoor swimming pool, which is open April to Sept and a tennis court). Bretforton is a brilliant base to explore the Cotswolds, Stratford upon Avon, Oxford.
