Laminated Wood Flooring all through, writing table/ desk and chair. Guests can use the kettle and microwave on the family kitchen for making tea /coffee or heating their food brought from outside. Self contained suite near Lambourn Racing Stables

My place is close to the Lambourn racing stables. The suite comprises a small living room with a large sofa/bed and a bedroom with a small double bed. We also pride ourselves on offering a very substantial breakfast. The ensuite bathroom is situated between the two rooms.
