Holiday rentals with beach access in Oye-Plage

Overall we had a nice stay. Very well located, 5min from the sea on foot. Parking is a big plus because everything is paid around. There are no sheets and towels, I had requested confirmation from the host to be sure so I was able to organize myself, think about it.

very good short stay in Berck. free parking space on the streets right now until the end of April. refurbished home, with brand new furniture and decor. excellent location, very close to the beachfront. the apartment on the top floor makes it possible not to have any noise disturbance above our heads. a slight downside on the common areas of the building: a little old-fashioned ( but we don't live in it) and the smell of cigarettes, especially when you're non-smoking. otherwise great!!!!

Very nice accommodation, well located on the main street and 100m from the beach as the name suggests. The hosts are very responsive and everything is going as planned without surprise!

Accommodation as described, ideally located in relation to the beach (fairly direct access by a long staircase, to go down by a ramp you have to walk a little more), to a good small restaurant (very affordable that offers excellent seafood), to small shops including a bakery. So we definitely recommend it. Only point of attention is only one bathroom with shower but two toilets. So if there are many of you, you have to plan for the shower in the morning.

My second time of staying here and it was as lovely as the first time. Place is kept lovely and clean and the instructions from Lisa are brilliant. Lisa is very helpful and answers messages very quickly. I'll be back next year!!

Easy to access , a short walk to the beach ... The private space in the courtyard with gate is a real plus . The accommodation is well arranged, very clean and in a new interior state. We had a lovely time .

A cozy house where you immediately feel at home

Lynda is a good host. We immediately felt completely at home in the cottage. It has everything you'll need. The cottage is a little off the road and has a fenced courtyard. It is very private, but when you get outside you are also directly at restaurants, bakery and all amenities. We had beautiful weather every day, but even in the rain you can have a good time in the cottage with the games. The best thing about the cottage is the short route to the beautiful sandy beach. Wonderful! We enjoyed it and hopefully we'll come back sometime.

Our stay at Martine's went very well. My husband and I are delighted by her warm welcome and availability. Her advice and clear information were very helpful in making our stay a success during this festive period. The accommodation is very well equipped and also very clean. It's really nice! Well equipped accommodation, clean and close to shops, restaurants and above all a top welcome from Domique (very responsive) with beautiful little touches upon arrival. Accommodation and owner to recommend if you want to visit the Opal Coast.

The seafront house was very well equipped, with enough crockery etc for our extended family group. The views of the beach from the main living room were superb. We were able to watch the tide going in and out and the sun setting. The house has a friendly, family feel which we really liked. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of bathrooms. My only small criticism would be the need for more proper-sized pillows. And getting rid of the rubbish was difficult, as the dechetterie is the other end of the village and not easy to find.

Excellent short stay at Océane and Loïc's. Very nice and warm house, as described. A real favorite. Flexibility for schedules and perfect communication. We'll be back the next time we're in the area 🙂

We spent two nights during the 2025 flying deer. The apartment is clean and has everything you need. It matches the photos. The price is reasonable given the other prices during this period. I recommend this place. 👍 Just a small downside on the 'cuckoo' in the living room that 'cuckoo' is very early in the morning and wakes up every hour if you have light sleep in the living room.

thank you André for allowing us to have a very nice stay in the area, the accommodation is really very well decorated and very cozy, we feel really good and we enjoyed it! small downside if you have to say something, it is missing a large pot in the kitchen equipment, and the size of the sink does not allow you to consider the large kitchen even for two people. but it didn't spoil our very nice stay. Apartment: Cozy apartment on the ground floor and private parking. Anything you need on vacation is present. It is quietly located and there is no nuisance from the neighbors. Within walking distance from the sea. Host: Crhistian is a very friendly man who goes out of his way to get everything in order for his guests. He is very flexible and at the same time is very punctual when making and following agreements. Specifically: We'll be back here! Super!

A nice place, however you don't have access to the terrace. A facade renovation in progress does not allow you to have the expected view.

This is the second time we've stayed at Patrice's place, and as always, everything was perfect! The accommodation is great: clean, comfortable and very well located in Berck. Patrice is a very nice host, responsive and always attentive. We'll be back with pleasure. Thanks again!
