A small 4 person studio, in the heart of this family ski station near all amenities including 3 ski lifts, open winter and summer, access to the 249km Grand Domaine. The main living space: sofa bed which converts into a double bed, TV and WiFi, table and four chairs and a small kitchen. Further it has bunkbeds, a bathroom, separate toilet, a large west facing balcony with magnificent views. We own 2 other studios, one opposite and the other on the same corridor. They can be booked together.

Ski in / out apartment right on the slopes. While skiing (down) there are 2 lifts at 200m and 500m. The children's club is 100 meters away on the slopes befor the first lift. In other words, ideal to drop the children off at school in the morning and then go on a trip. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with each a toilet and a living room with sofa bed. 1 indoor parking is available with direct lift access to the apartment.

Our cosy and luxury apartment is situated in the heart of the old village of Oz-en-Oisans at 7 kilometers from Oz 3300 (ski resort of Alpe d’Huez), and will provide you with everything you need for a comfortable holiday. Great for ski fans in the winter, for bikers and hikers in the summer. You can relax and recover in our cosy apartment, after a beautiful day in the mountains.

The little refuge

Enjoy easy access to a host of amenities in this family, friendly resort from this recently renovated, cosy (23m2) studio. Sleeps 4: 2 in the convertible beds set up as a double or 2 singles in the main area and 2 in the "coin de montagne" in bunkbeds. It has a west facing balcony with magnificent views of the Belledonne and a ski locker. We own another 2 studios on the same corridor which my wife (superhost) has rented since 2020.
