Chartreuse wooden house

Welcome to La Pequina! My father and brother built this little Chartreuse wooden house last year. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room open to the kitchen and a very large terrace. There is no one opposite, the view overlooks Chamechaude, the highest mountain in Chartreuse, on one side and the Charmant-Som on the other. In summer you will find nice walks, in winter you will enjoy cross-country skiing, sledding and beginner slopes.

An indoor swimming pool is illuminated by natural light coming through a large window. The pool features a smooth blue surface, complementing the minimalist design of the space, which includes wooden accents and a tiled area for relaxation.

Cette maison est une petite maison secrète, au calme absolu, en triplex de 57m², proche toutes commodités ( centre de la station, piscine, patinoire...) et remontées mécaniques ( l'entrée de l'ascenseur incliné qui emmène au téléphérique est à 450 m de la petite maison) Jardin plat de 500m² avec un torrent très agréable à écouter.
