Monthly Rentals in Paceco

Staying on Erice (already inhabited 6th century BC) is a special experience. In the low season, it is partly a ghost town, especially at night, but there is plenty of infrastructure, cafes, bars, restaurants. During the day it is besieged by tourists, who often do not have enough time to explore it completely and stay on certain paths. I have not only explored Erice, but the mountain from all sides, there are beautiful nature all around in spring and well-maintained hiking trails. The apartment may look a little old-fashioned and the stone house is a little fresh, but everything is there, pleasant and the large roof terrace a bonus. The host is reliable, responsive, helpful, and a Superhost. She gave everything so I didn't miss anything and picked me up whenever necessary.

Giovanni’s place bridges the ancient & the present in its design and feeling. The home was very close to the parking and lower castle tower. It’s a relatively large space when you add it up but retains its coziness. We loved the fireplace & heater. It was stocked with whatever needed - coffee, water, etc. If we didn’t have wine earlier, we could’ve purchased one from his collection! Giovanni was friendly, welcoming, and gracious.

We loved our stay at the apartment in Trapani. The building is beautiful and it’s about 10/15 mins walk from the old town & there’s lots of shops and restaurants on the way. Parking is easy too which is great!! The apartment is lovely and clean, we appreciated being able to get in at 2pm after an early start from London, the owners are very friendly and quick to respond. There are supermarkets all around and a pizza place opposite, we used the kitchen lots and there was pretty much everything we needed. If we had stayed longer we may have bought a few more things. The beds and huge and comfy, extra duvets for the colder nights, and a lovely chill area/balcony. There’s a bit of noise but it’s an old building with original windows etc. Everything was great and Trapani is so lovely, luckily the rain didn’t stay long. We occasionally drove to the old town when our children gave up walking and there’s lots of parking (in low season)

How to stay in our home. Nothing to note. Kindness, friendliness and friendliness. Highly recommended if you want to visit the neighboring countries.
