Welcome to the old shoemaker's cottage in Gråsten. Here you can stay in the shoemaker's old workshop - a charming cabin gently and rustically renovated with respect for the unique history and soul of the house. From the garden you can enjoy the view of the castle lake. The cottage is 56 m2 and contains an entrance, modernized kitchen, bathroom, living room with original French iron bed. In addition, a separate bedroom with double bed. There is a heat pump and space for a cot in one bedroom. Please bring towels and sheets.

Føns is the place where there have always been people

Log house! A real cottage/vacation home, where it exudes grandmotherly coziness! No TV or internet, but lots of books and games (there is a good 4G connection). It is cozy when the wood stove is lit, the house can also be heated with the heat pump, heating can be started before arrival. 200 meters down to Fønsvig, where there is a beach, as well as a small bathing jetty, where you can just grab a morning dip. If you like fishing, you can go out and catch sea trout, as well as other fish species.

Marielund: A scenic farmhouse by the beach

Marielund is a danish farmhouse (est. 1907) in a beautiful and isolated spot right by the baltic sea. It has been completely refurbished, and includes modern amenities, a fireplace and good quality Scandinavian country style furnishing (completed in May 2020). Stunning location, 40 meters from a private beach with direct access through the large south facing garden. Enjoy the sounds of the sea, birdsong and the nights sky in absolute privacy, with no neighbours or tourism to be seen!

My accommodation is located directly on the beach overlooking Denmark. The apartment was newly renovated in 2017. Great bus connections take you to the centre of Flensburg within 10 minutes. Denmark can be reached within a few minutes on foot, by bike or by car. Shopping facilities are available in the immediate vicinity. Mini golf right on the doorstep. Good restaurants nearby. Parking directly free of charge on site. Immediate beach.
