Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Paddington

I booked Sophie and Ari’s place for my dad and brother, who were visiting from overseas, and they had a great stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and as described. Sophie and Ari were fantastic hosts - friendly and very responsive, making communication easy throughout. Highly recommend their place to anyone visiting the area 🙂

Kate was a fantastic host! We booked her home for a few employees who were working nearby. Due to changes happening on site, we had to make amendments to our booking. Kate was so understanding and helped us massively with changing the dates around for us. She couldn't have been more accommodating!! The employees were happy and had no complaints during their stay. We would definitely book again if back in the area. Highly recommend. Thanks again Kate! :)

Great location close to all amenities, description of home very accurate, outdoor area around pool had the loveliest plush lawn, perfect for our grandson to run around on, very private in back yard. Had extra granny flat attached to the home, although we did not utilise it, would be helpful for a larger family or grandparents, nice host to deal with. Overall had a nice relaxing break.

I was pleasantly surprised at how the property even exceeded my own high expectations. Great size. Clean. Well-maintained. Great condition. It is a fantastic property in a good location. We didn't need to contact Celine because there was nothing we needed over and above the really clear instructions we were given. I will be coming back (never put that in a review before)

We needed a place that close for a group of us to head back to after a concert. I chose it because of it's size, and it was exactly what we needed to hold 5 adults. Would use this place again for the same reason if I needed to.

Clean, spacious and very easy to deal with. Would book again and very close to the Race Track to suit our needs. Amy was friendly and very responsive. No issues at all.

Host was super responsive and flexible with check-in due to our early flight arrival. Property was easy to find and easy to access. Bus stop very close with regular options to get to supermarket, city, Southbank and airport. $30 cab ride from city. Apartment was clean, spacious with all amenities and plenty of hot water. Beds comfortable. Two bedrooms and bathrooms was great for two friends travelling. Nice to have outdoor space both front and back. Normal noise with apartment living on a main road. Nothing that disturbed us or kept either of us awake. Good value for money on a busy sporting weekend in Brisbane. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend.

The apartment was very nice, the fridge was well stocked, Jackson was very responsive when we contacted him. The Pool was affected by the cyclone which was unfortunate and Jackson rectified this as soon was practicable .

We really enjoyed our stay for visiting Brisbane. The apartment is nice, very clean and has all amenities that you need. Patrick is responsive and helps with everything. Wynnum is a calm place with a few restaurants and cafes. But, it is easy to get to the CBD of Brisbane by train. So, I highly recommend staying there for a city trip.

Michelle's apartment accurately reflected the photos and description in the listing. The decor, artwork and furnishings nicely reflected a mid-century theme, enhanced with ambient lighting. As well as exploring Fortitude Valley, there was easy walking access to New Farm, Teneriffe and the city centre. Michelle was a friendly host, who met us in person and communicated very well in the lead-up to our check-in.

Great location - easy to get into the centre of Brisbane. Felt private despite being in the city. Liz was a really friendly host!

Sam’s place was perfect for our stay. Great location with easy access to shops, restaurants, coffee and ferry. Nice views, and quiet location.

I stayed at this property for one and a half months and had a very pleasant experience. The room was bright, very clean, and the bedding was tidy and comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom were well-equipped and easy to use, which made daily life convenient. The host was very friendly and patient, always replying quickly and helping to solve any issues I had. This made me feel very comfortable and supported during my stay. The area around the apartment felt very safe, which was something I was initially concerned about. However, during my entire stay, I didn’t experience any safety issues and felt completely at ease. The location is also close to a bus stop, so getting around was easy. Overall, this is a quiet, safe, clean, and well-equipped place to stay. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation. Thank you to the host for the warm hospitality!

Nice and quiet despite being located near the railway line, didn’t have any noise. Easy to park. Nice small studio apartment with everything I needed.

Scarletts place is a little gem. Perfectly placed to explore Brisbane. Clean and tidy with plenty of space for a couple.

We had a lovely time staying at Christopher’s place and would love to go back sometime soon! Having both lived in West End, my partner and I were stoked with the location and felt super at home. The kitchen had great supplies for cooking and the place itself was super quiet inside, even being on a relatively busy road. Thanks for having us 😊

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment - location was very central but also quiet. It was so easy to get around the city. The pool and gym was an added bonus. We would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in a perfect spot in central Brisbane!

Really convenient, comfortable apartment walking distance to lots of great restaurants and the ferry. We loved walking along the river with the dog. Would happily stay again

Spacious and centrally located unit, just a short distance from West End and local shops. Tidy and very comfortable overall. Some minor traffic noise due to the main road location, but it wasn't disruptive. Had a great stay and would happily return.
