On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms (one double, one single, one with a double bed 180x190 or two single beds 90x190), an additional bed, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a terrace. In summer, the use of the swimming pool from 9 am to 7 pm is included.

Lo stabile è stato acquistato dai miei nonni nel 1938 ed è stato da me completamente ristrutturato nel 2023. E' la casa più vecchia del borgo Belvedere, così chiamato per la bellissima vista che caratterizza questa via. Nella ristrutturazione ho cercato di mantenere intatte le parti costruttive fatte di legno e sassi che arrivano dal letto del vicino fiume Piave, ma nello stesso tempo ho voluto sfruttare al massimo l'energia solare e dotare la struttura di tutti i confort moderni possibili.
