A thoroughly cozy and lovely place. Lots of personal charm and history. Everything you needed and more was available. Very welcoming, informative and hospitable host. Perfectly located for exploring the southern Dolomites or enjoying the tranquility and nature of the house. Exciting house to explore. Close distance to good shopping, shops, and restaurants. Have the greatest desire to come back - can only be recommended.

Silvana was quick to respond to any questions we had. She was proactive and available for our needs during our stay. She even offered us a delicious cake the evening of our arrival. Quiet and ideal location for us who wanted to ski. A safe location is provided to store skiing. There is a bus stop nearby to go to the city center or to different ski lifts. The kitchen has all the accessories to prepare your meals. Cauldrons are excellent qualities please pay attention. As far as the billing for hot water and heating it cost us 50 euros for the week (2 showers per day and 2 hours of heating per day to dry our laundry). I would recommend this place, we will not hesitate to return. Thanks Silvana

Super location suitable for companies because it is isolated and with ample outdoor spaces that allow activities (football, volleyball, tennis, bocce ball) or relaxation (sun terrace, jacuzzi, sauna both inside and outside the house). From the area there are also several hikes of different levels. The essential amenities ( bakery, well-stocked mini market, taverns and pizzerias, butcher shop) are just a few minutes away by car ( no more than 7). House located in a super panoramic point. Our stay at Karl and Romy was everything we imagined when planning this trip. The apartment was great with beautiful surroundings, easy to get around and Romy was super helpful and really made us feel at home. Would love to come back.

This small practical and functional studio is ideal after a day spent outside. You can enjoy the calm in complete tranquility with a superb view of the surrounding landscapes. The owners, overlooking the property, are discreet and remain available if there is anything you need. We loved the small garden, provided, for the children to play with our dog. Chalet surrounded by greenery and total tranquility of Trentino, equipped with all comforts, very clean and reachable by any type of car, if you have learned to drive, but better to have someone else drive in the last stretch. Starting on foot from the house you can do several hikes on foot or by mountain bike without particular physical preparation and enjoying breathtaking views. Added value, a nice fox who visited us every night. Recommended!

Beautiful house with magnificent views, quiet, green and cozy. We especially enjoyed the wellness facilities with hot tube , swimming pond and sauna.

We had an amazing stay at this house! The place is beautiful and very quiet, perfect for relaxing with a group of friends. The house is spacious, clean and really comfortable, with everything you need to feel at ease. The host was kind and helpful. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back!

We love this place! The rooms are spacious and clean, the sauna and whirlpool were definitely a bonus for our tired bodies after a long day of activities in the beautiful surrounding areas. We woke up to the breath-taking view every morning, it was one of the most memorable places we have ever been to. Thank you for being such great hosts Ilaria&Alex!

Beautiful place, fantastic amenities, safe, quiet surroundings. Sauna is incredible, rooms and furnishings are wonderful. 15minute drive to great skiing, 1hr to ice skating, lovely restaurant in Flattach, supermarket 5mins drive. great coffee machine, great tv, loads of kitchen utensils. boot warmer, and heated towel rails are a nice touch close to waterfalls and a river, perfect for traffic free scenic walks. hard to fault.

Old/historical house that was well maintained, spotless clean, and extremely spacious. Better than advertised. Walkable to town in 5 minutes. Easy parking. Would definitely return.

The lay out of the chalet was excellent. All rooms were extremely spacious, well designed & comfortable, with their own ensuite, whilst the 3 apartments had fully equiped kitchens. Heating options were available throughout the entire house and on the second day of our visit, we required a minor adjustment to the heating, so rang the female contact (only speaks German) who manages the property and within an hour, the lady was onsite and the temperature was adjusted. Within the chalet on the ground floor there is a large, shared breakfast / communal room with a kitchen having all the required services. This room easily catered for our group of 13 persons for evening meals. The chalet also had a central clothes washing & clothes dryer facility and also a spacious ski drying room on the ground floor. In conclusion, all our family members thought the chalet was absolutely fabulous in every respect, providing all the amenities one would require, resulting in a wonderful family stay.
