The unit is located on the ground floor which offers convenient access to pool area and assigned parking. Ground floor adult living condo gets a person in the mood for salt life vacation without dragging luggage up and down stairs. Great dining with in one block walking distance e.g. Mexican food of Chilito Pikin. Craft beers from Padre Island Brewing company. Tom and Jerry's bar and grill. Josephine’s for Breakfast & Lunch, Whataburger for a quick bite.

The distance is just enough to be away from the crowds and have a quiet, relaxing and private time on the balcony.

Our condo is located on the first floor and is less than a two minute walk to two beach accesses, Dollar General (where you can buy food & beverage for your stay) and steps away from Blackbeards, one of the best restaurants on the island. We provide a full kitchen, washer/dryer, amenities in bathrooms, beach towels and toys and our complex also has a pool.
