It's hard to say which is better, the house or the location! Remodeled to the studs in '18, this modern, southwestern home is less than two blocks from Downtown Pagosa (walk to restaurants and the springs) but boasts views out of every window that make you feel like you're out in the wilderness! Our RiverView Loft has a mountain modern style with new furnishings throughout. The finishes are very attractive to the eye. We are located in downtown Pagosa Springs across the street from the San Juan River. A relaxing walk to all the Hot Springs, geothermal domes, breweries, parks and so much more is all within 5 to 15 minutes from our loft. We also live on-site next door to the loft. We also provide garden area with a relaxed atmosphere. CAUTION ⚠️ our stairs are ship stairs.

This is a brand new house, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, perfect for family vacations. Home is located within walking distance to hot springs, restaurants, main street shopping, along with grocery store. Everything is close to the home. Anything that you would need to make a gourmet meal is included with the house.
