Monthly Rentals in Paikō Lagoon

This was our first time staying in the 2 BR unit. Last year we stayed in the studio unit next door. Both places were very nice. We really like this location..... it's about 20 minutes outside of Waikiki and about 20 minutes to Waimanalo Beach which is our favorite! There is a closer beach (less than 10 minutes). You do need a car here and a parking spot is provided. Everything that you need for the beach is provided and the condo is well stocked with all the dishes and accessories you need for cooking you're own meals. We love the beds also. One is a little softer with a nice memory foam topper and the other one is very firm, but we really slept well in it! There's a nice pool and hot tub and play ground for the kids plus a fenced in yard where they can play. Grills and picnic area are available to use by reservation. I can't think of anything that we don't like about this place and hope to be back next year! Kyle is a wonderful host and very responsive to any questions or problems!

Krista’s place looked good in photos, but I had one concern. I’m not a fan of pull-out beds; they’re usually uncomfortable with thin mattresses. But I read a review saying the bed was comfortable so I gave it a try. And I’m glad I did. The bed was solid and comfortable. The room was clean, quiet and private. It had everything you would need. Fine for one person. Maybe a bit tight for two, unless you were newlyweds. All in all, a great place in a nice, convenient location, near beaches, restaurants, Costco, supermarket. Would stay again.

Spent a wonderful month at Twi's place! Woke to sunrises over the water everyday. Walked across the street to see sunsets in the evening. They provided a fishing kayak, which I really appreciated. Communication was quick and easy. Hope to come back!

Staying at Neal’s place was absolutely amazing! Both Neal and Kristin were incredibly kind and friendly, and gave great recommendations for things to do. The space was clean, and the outdoor spaces were beautiful. If staying here I would keep in mind that you are in very close quarters with the family (sharing the washer and dryer as well as some outdoor spaces). This allowed for access to some great amenities, and is a plus for making connections and getting local recommendations. I would not suggest this for someone who needs complete privacy and does not want to be around kids/dogs (we personally loved this aspect of our stay but know it is not for everyone).
