Just a minute from the beach, our lovely annex is perfect for beautiful coastal walks & cosy spring evenings. Three great pubs are nearby (all serve food & are walkable, the nearest is just 4 mins away). Visit the beachside coffee hut, browse the Ferini Art Gallery, catch a show at the Seagull Theatre, or see the 12th-century church with its own sheep. Enjoy fish & chips with a sea view or head to Southwold (12 mins drive) or Africa Alive Zoo (7 mins drive). Private parking & easy A12 access.

Our much loved Platinum rated Villa has with one of the best views of the Suffolk coast with uninterrupted views of Lowestoft, left and Kessingland to the right. This high specification Villa is a luxurious environment that provides a relaxed, feet up break or a base for exploring all that Suffolk has to offer. With Beach access, excellent pubs and a coffee shack within walking distance and close by Africa Alive, East Anglia Transport Museum, Somerleyton House, Oulton Broad & Carlton Marshes.

Kipper Cottage is a charming two bedroom holiday home, 2 minutes walk from beautiful Pakefield beach. Sleeping 4 guests. Up to 2 well behaved dogs welcome. Please message for bookings over 4 days in Jan, Feb, March, April (excl. Easter), Oct, Nov, Dec (excl. 21st Dec - 4th Jan) as I may be able to offer discounts on the listed nightly price. We are close to some great local shops, pubs and restaurants. Pakefield is a good base to explore the Suffolk and Norfolk coast and countryside.

Beachcomber cottage

Situated in the heart of Pakefield - Beachcomber cottage is within walking distance of a lovely beach, places to eat and well situated to visit many surrounding places in Suffolk or Norfolk. The downstairs living space is open plan. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms suitable for a 4 person family or a pair of couples and bath/shower room. There is a rear enclosed south facing garden perfect for relaxing. Part of the garage can be used for storing bikes or sports equipment etc during your stay.

Beautiful big studio in ex theatre - own entrance

This large studio has its own private corridor and bathroom, accessed by its own entrance in a newly converted Grade 2 listed ex theatre. With tv area, dining area, bedroom area and kitchenette area (fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle) it makes a compact base for exploring Suffolk and the Norfolk Broads. Located in the old town centre, 5 minute walk from the high street, and 15 minutes walk from the station and beach. Sorry - not suitable for children under 8 years.

A night at the museum.

A unique space in a detached timber building arranged as a "Cabinet of Curiosities" (BEWARE Some are quite scary). The space is heated by a wood burner. There is a sleeping loft with double mattress, It has WIFI. pool, sauna and hot tub. An adjacent building contains a shower room/toilet and small kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. We would like to welcome you to The Folly, your cosy woodland retreat away from the stresses and strain of modern life. There's plenty to see and do with access on foot to the local woodland and beach walks. Keep an eye out when you boil the kettle you just might see a wild Muntjac deer pass by....or hear the hoot of a Tawny owl as you fall asleep. Any guests booking in January and February will receive a complimentary bottle of Procescco upon arrival.

Private Studio Annex near beach

Studio Annex and bathroom, set back behind our own house accessed via a shared side road. We are just a 10 minute walk from Pakefield beach with various shops, supermarkets and more just across the road. There is private parking available for up to two cars and a private garden with a seating area. We are pet friendly and have 1 travel cot and 1 small pull down camp bed available on request. There is a small £10 fee for pets at the time of booking.
