This cosy cottage is ideally situated near a free car park, children's park and a fish and chip shop (all less than 100 metres away), and the beach is only 400 metres away. Please note, the property has no garden or parking. Check in 3.00pm onwards, Check out 10.00am (Cleaners will arrive at 10:00am sharp!)

No groups. The rest of the house is our family home, we live on site and will be available to help (unless we’re at the beach!)

The chalet is situated on a very peaceful well kept private park. The space provides separate king, bunk and single bedrooms, kitchenette (c/w oven, hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and dishwasher), shower room and a spacious living dining space

Wainford Mill House is a spacious riverside property opening directly onto the River Waveney. Step from the back door to a private footbridge, boat access and around an acre of riverside gardens with woodland, a wood-fired pizza oven and excellent wild swimming.
