Holiday rentals with beach access in Pakefield

We stayed here for 6 weeks whilst waiting to complete the purchase of our new home. It suited our purposes perfectly and we loved staying here within walking distance of the beach and right on top of all the local amenities in Kirkley.

A lovely place – tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed exploring the area. Southwold is a delightful little town full of bakeries, eateries and charming shops – and, of course, there’s the sea! A great find.

Amazing deal from amazing hosts. Ideal location as it is incredibly close to everything you need. Would normally pay a premium for such a place. Tracy was an amazing host and always answered if we had queries or questions. thanks for letting us stay in your cosy house! Perfect for a little break from the norm.

Friendly and helpful hosts, and the property made a great base to explore Great Yarmouth. Free parking outside was a bonus too.

Lovely, peaceful and spacious flat with vintage touches, in a very central location close to restaurants, shops, the seafront and the many walks and places to visit around Aldeburgh. Great for couples or families. Managing Agents very responsive to any requests. Would highly recommend!

We stayed in this beautiful little getaway and absolutely loved it! We were really impressed with how clean everything was and how comfy the bed was! The location is perfect. There is a nice little walk to the beach which is about 2mins!! And a lovely little pub enroute, The Oddfellows which we definitely recommend a visit to! Everything is really easy to get to by foot and the neighbourhood is so nice! Ian was great, very friendly and approachable. He communicated with us prior to arrival to give instructions on what to do when we got there, ensured us we could contact him at any time should we need to (luckily we didn’t), and just before we left. Would highly recommend and will be visiting again!

We spent a really enjoyable Easter break with the family at this property. It's a lovely house in a peaceful location and has been tastefully renovated and decorated throughout with the highlight being the open plan kitchen which forms the hub of the house. The property is very conveniently located for both the Pier and the shops and other amenities in Southwold. Emma was an excellent host and was very helpful and quick in responding to questions.

We had a lovely Christmas & New Year in this beautiful home and really appreciated the Christmas decorations and welcome basket. There's lots of space for 5 adults and 2 Spaniels and everything you need to make it a home from home. The house is in a great location with everything you need within walking distance. The dogs particularly enjoyed the short walk to the beach where they could be let loose in the dunes, and we enjoyed how worn out they were afterwards when we stopped off in the pub on the way back. Would highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to return in future.

Wonderful house with great sea views. The location was in close proximity to all the shops, pubs, restaurants and pier. Lovely host, extremely good communication and made sure everything ran smoothly. 100% recommendation.

8 of us family members got together together to celebrate my special birthday. Orla's house is like a home from home. Her attention to detail is a wonder, you do not want for anything, she has it covered. The instruction booklet covers absolutely everything. We had good weather and spent many hours walking along the stunning beach and sand dunes of the Norfolk Costal path. We will most definitely be returning sometime in the future. We had an amazing stay in this charming home! The location was perfect – peaceful and serene, yet just a 10-minute walk to Southwold. The walks across the marshes to the beach were absolutely delightful, especially for our dog who had the best time exploring the beautiful surroundings. The house itself was lovely and thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need. My son is already asking when we can return – we can't wait to come back!

Perfect location for a family reunion in an old childhood holiday location. Perfectly situated for the Southwold Half Marathon that 3 of us were doing. House is spacious particularly downstairs and accurate in description. Everything clean and tidy and perfect for our needs.

A lovely apartment on two floors, at the top of a beautiful Georgian building. We used the round room inside the rotunda at the front to have breakfast whilst watching ships on the river and out at sea.

Me and my wife stayed here for New Year’s Eve. We wanted. Change from the house party vibe, and stumbled across this lovely place. Annetta is a lovely host, very friendly and was happy to help if needed. We enjoyed the location, such a wonderful house surrounded by countryside. The jacuzzi was amazing! we love it here and have been lucky enough to come here a couple of times now. this will forever be our favourite place to stay in Winterton (or anywhere!) it's immaculate, well equipped, comfortable, perfect for my small dogs, Elaine is absolutely fabulous and very welcoming and helpful. I honestly cannot recommend Sea Mist enough. We had the best weekend again.

Jane is a lovely, warm and welcoming host. Great communication, super polite and friendly. Location is amazing, everything is on the door stop and within walking distance. Property was perfect, as described and super clean. We've already spoke about returning, and Jane's property will be the first place we'll look up for another weekend stay 😃

The accommodation was very clean and well presented. Great location for everything Great Yarmouth has to offer. Less than 10 minutes to the beach, local park, town centre and places to eat. Fantastic communication from the host too. Thank you, I would highly recommend.

A fantastic apartment right in the heart of town. We booked very last minute (on the day!) after deciding to make the most of a sunny day trip and was lucky to find availability for Kay’s place at the start of the Easter school holidays. Price was reasonable for a last minute booking in peak season. It was lovely and would make a great base for a longer stay. Beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, comfy bed and powerful hot shower. We didn’t use the kitchen but there was tea and coffee and useful condiments (salt, pepper, ketchup) in the cupboard, which would have been good for longer stays. Check in and out was easy. Would definitely recommend.

Absolute gem of a spot if you want to be close to all the fun at Great Yarmouth, at a great and affordable price too! Lack of parking was easily managed (finding a local car park). Spacious place, even with 4 of us! Clean and tidy! Hosts are lovely and very helpful! Even booked an extra night! Will be back! Thank you! :)

A lovely well equipped apartment central to everything. The main high street literally a 5 min stroll. Liz was very friendly and helped with parking. The kitchen was particularly well equipped with everything you might need. An Easter egg and lemon drizzle cake was waiting for us on our arrival which was a thoughtful touch. Beds were very comfortable. Would most definitely recommend this apartment and hope to return in the future.
